CHAPTER 17

*Amy*

“What the hell was that!” I cried as me and Alie left the cafeteria when the bell rang.

We had free period, study hall which I was so glad about!

Alie was gonna hear it for good!

“Relax Amy.”  She waved her hand dismissively.

Oh relax? Oh of course! Cause that is so damn easy!

“Why did you do that!?” I couldn’t help but yell.

I was beyond mad right now!

What was Alie thinking, running me for prom queen! Was she crazy?

Yeah well she kind of was, but I didn’t expect that she was so crazy as to run me from prom queen since she knows how much I hate those things!

No offense but I believe prom king and queen are a bunch of cliché crap!

I mean hallo what’s the whole point on running for prom queen!?  This is real life we are talking about. No university will be interested on how popular were you in high school!

And what Alie was thinking? That now that I changed my appearance I will want to be like Brook!

Because I sure as hell didn’t want that!

“Because I know that you can win!” She said in an obvious tone, rolling her eyes.

I’m wondering can a 17 year old girl can go to jail for murder? No reason I’m just thinking of killing someone.

Like really fast!

“And who exactly said that I want to win!? Hell, who said that I want to run for prom queen!? You know how I feel about all this Alie!”

“I know Amy.” She said as a matter-of-factly. “But if you want to be heard to anyone and I mean it to anyone then being a queen is the best option. So now is March right? Prom is in April which means in one month and the graduation is the last week of May right? If you win then we have four weeks to humiliate Blake until the graduation day! It’s the perfect plan.”

“Oh-oh stop right there.” I said holding my palms out.

Was I the only one that thought that Alie’s plan was totally weird?

“First of all we haven't even discussed how we are going to ‘humiliate’ Blake. And second of all there is no need to becoming the queen only to humiliate him. We agreed that hanging out with the populars was the only thing that needed to do to you know convince them about everything I’m saying!”
