A/N: I listened to In My Blood by Shawn Mendes while writing this, that wasn't smart. But, I hope you enjoy some backstory on Raven <3 I feel like I have developed her character a lot in my head and I'm ready to start pour it out!

"I never knew my biological parents, I don't even know if they died or if they just gave me up. But Ethan and David were there to pick me up and bring me home. For ten years it was all happiness, nothing wrong. My life was perfect. I have friends who loved me, a family who loved me, and the best house I could ever ask for. Then, sixth grade rolled around and people started to notice something weird about me having two dads. I never saw anything bad about it. Sure at church there were a few people disgusted but they didn't block us out from the word of God. My parents always ignored the hate. But then people started bullying me. Calling me awful names..and physically hurting me. It went on for years. And it hurt me as a person. It hurt my self esteem as they tore down how I looked and how I acted. Calling me gay as an insult. Which hurt the most. So then.." Raven stopped, seemed like she was going to say something else then what she continued to say, "I went into high school and met Marissa and Alex. They loved me for me but, people still look at me differently because of my parents. Saying that they'll go to hell constantly that I'll go too." She started to choke up, "I just wish, that people would stop telling my life is perfect. It is easy for them to see pictures and think I'm perfect. I have issues..t-that can't be solved just like that."

"Raven...I'm so sorry." Raven looked at Daniel to see him in tears. He quickly wiped them away.

"Daniel it's ok to cry," Raven smiled and started to cry, "I cry too."

Daniel smiled and they cried together, "I love you, Raven."

"I love you too." Raven said. She wanted to tell him everything. But she was scared. Scared that he'd look at her differently, "There's so much more I want to tell you Daniel...but.."

"You aren't ready. It's ok..you don't have to, I won't make you do something you don't want to do." Daniel said rubbing her back.

"Thanks Daniel." Raven took a deep breath, trying to stop crying.

"No, thank you." He said chuckling a little.
