My father's knowledge about Taehyung was he already got in on the entertainment called Bighit Entertainment. From all of the entertainment that wanted him, why BigHit? Is he trying to hide something? Is he trying to do something? Whatever it is I must know his main purpose in to auditioning for such a bigger role. To get noticed more by the public? To his name all over South Korea? I may not know that but all I have to think is how and when to make a move on it.
"You're nervous aren't you?" My brother asked as I looked at him.
"Me nervous? No.. not at all." I answered, he hummed in response.
"You're my little brother. I know you, and I know you wanted to audition for a long time now." He chuckled.
"Okay. Mr. Know. It. All." We laughed softly at the same time trying not to disturb other people. "Hey hyung? Aren't I a little young to assassinate Taehyung?" I asked.
"It's not easy for us-"
"You're already professionals and I'm a beginner who you gave such a big job on."
"Knowing that he'll be away from home, away from his devilish father to a dorm maybe you'll be in.. it'll be the best chance to you know assassinate the hell out of him." He looked at me in the eyes
"Maybe I'll not get in." I groaned.
"Jeongguk-ssi. You're the last one to audition this day... you know You're very talented. Black belter in taekwando. You can sing. You can dance. You can shoot an arrow. What doesn't Jeon Jeongguk do?" He ruffled my hair and I playfully pushed him away and laughed softly.
"Very funny hyun-"
"Jeon Jeongguk." The staff called and I went inside the room seeing two men, who are very emotionless.
"Annyeonghaseyo joneun Jeon Jeongguk-imnida." I bowed as I introduced myself and looked at the staff who just looked at me, like deep into my soul. They asked me questions about myself. Which I answered without a sweat.
"Then." A man who looks like his 30's coughed. "Can you sing?" He added as I nodded.
I coughed and started singing This Song by 2AM.
They were really quiet but then they stopped me.
I looked at them confused. " Can you dance?" They asked as I nodded. Then they got a radio and started playing a random hip hop song. I danced to the beat. Thinking that my dance might be shitty. Then stopped again. Now why do they keep on stopping me? They looked at each other and started whispering things as I waited patiently.
"Can you rap?" A man younger than the other, looks near my age asked me
"Not quite.. But I can practice it. It won't be a hassle." I said. Silence now filled the room and whispers of the two men filled the room.
"Congratulations kid, you finally got in." My eyes got wide. Wait already? I mean not many people were auditioning afterall. As I was about to speak..
"With that good looks and good talents of yours, this company can finally get into something next to Kim Taehyung." The name made me choke on my own saliva.
"K-Kim Taehyung?" I choked and they looked at me confused.
"What's wrong kid?"
"N-nothing. I just thought of someone familiar- So Kim Taehyung will be my groupmate. Is that it?" I asked
"Hmm well technically yes. You're, I think the last member that the others' are waiting." Wait what? There already others? Then I looked at the both of them.
"Oh okay..." I muttered, gulping. Then I went to the both if them and started smiling and bowing.
"Kamsahamnida." I bowed and shook both of their hands. Then looked at the older man.
"Bang Si-hyuk. Owner of the company." He introduced and I nodded. He looked at the other male beside him. "This is Kim Namjoon. He's the leader of the group you're going in." I bowed and nodded again. He looks very cool..
"Annyeonghaseyo Jeongguk." Namjoon started as I replied back a kind of a soft hello.
"Okay be here again tomorrow to meet the rest of your co-members and to sort you out." Bang Si-Hyuk said as I nodded again.
"Thank you once again Bang Si-Hyuk nim and Namjoon-hyung for giving me a chance to be a part of this company. Please take good care of me." I bowed and went outside to meet my brother.
"So how did it go?" He asked looking up at me from his newspaper.
"Hyung! I got in!" I jumped happily and he was taken aback.
"Really?! Are you serious!" He looked at me wide eyed and I nodded.
"Way to go li'l bro!" He said as he gave me a high five.
"Wait till dad hears about this!" He said happily as my face dropped.
He'll only be happy because I'll get the chance to kill Kim Taehyung.
"Yeah." I smiled
"Let's go celebrate." He grinned.
"Lamb skewers, your treat?" I asked
"Of course my treat!" I smiled
"You're the best hyung!" And we went of the building just to eat lamb skewers.
This is only the beginning of everything that might happen in the future. I have to be ready or else my dad will think I'm a disgrace to this family, to mom, to think that I won't avenge my mother's death. I have to be brave.
