Hey guys, I feel that there is a dedication that should be put out there. It's not for one person, not one inspiration, but every single one of you that make it through every day with depression. Some people think it's a joke or exaggerated; that anxiety and depression are nothing. The truth of the matter is there are thousands of people living with it and struggling to make it through every day. Every person has their own story and nobody should be able to tell someone else they feel what they are.
This book addresses serious issues that occur in everyday life. It is a bit different from what I usually write.
For this reason, I wanted to say that every single one of you reading this that struggles with any form of depression, anxiety, or disorder are worth it. You are beautiful. You are special. You are unique. You need to stay alive. There is only one of you in this world and it would be a crappy place if we lost such a great person. Believe me when I say I know this is easier said then done, depression is a mental illness and sometimes feels as if you're trapped in your own head with no escape.
Do know that suicide is not the answer. If you ever feel that you need to talk to someone, I am here, there are hotlines and other places to seek help.
Anyway, this is dedicated to all you wonderful souls out there that are strong enough to make it through every day. You are loved and thank you for being here.
