Alya's P.O.V
When my vision cleared nothing had changed, we were all still touching the orb and Hak and Yun were watching us expectantly. The orb faded back to nothing and we all removed our hands.
"Is that it? Very anticlimactic." Yun said.
"What? Are you kidding me? That was... amazing." Gija said his eyes filled with excitement.
"Amazing? You touched the orb, it glowed for a moment and then went out." Hak said.
"It seemed like a lot of time to us, but that vision only lasted a second in reality," I say and the others seemed to catch on pretty quickly.
"Vision? What kind of vision?" Yun asked.
"We saw... what exactly did we see?" Jae-ha asked.
"The original dragon warriors and the Crimson Dragon King," Zeno said with a sad smile. We took a few minutes to let everything sink in.
"So what's next?" Hak asks. As if somebody was answering his question stones began jutting out of the wall making a staircase spiraling up into the darkness.
"Next, we go up." I say. Hak and Gija led the way up, due to the sheer size of the tower it took nearly an hour to get a quarter of the way up. Almost four hours later we reached the top. A heavy wooden door opened and we were on the top of the tower. The sky was painted with streaks of pink and orange and a soft breeze ruffled our hair and clothes.
"LOOK!" Yun shouted and we all looked up to see five glowing spheres descending upon us. It took me a second to realize that each one was the color of the dragon warrior it was descending on. Hak reached for his weapon.
"Don't, let it happen." I say and step closer to the edge. I watch the purple sphere come closer until it engulfs me. Everything around me is gone, I'm just surrounded by white.
"Welcome home." I turn around and for once, I'm speechless. Standing in front of me in a mass of purple scales and leathery wings is the very dragon my powers originally came from.
"Listen closely my child for time is limited. You have overcome many hardships in your life and I regret that the power you inherited from me was the cause. However you have grown into a beautiful and powerful young woman. Your future is wrought with blood and battles, it is time for you to take the true form of the purple dragon warrior." I was confused, I didn't know there was a true form.
"I don't understand." I told her.
"You will, you and your brothers have found our Crimson Dragon King. This princess, she has many obstacles to face and in order to help her you will need to increase your power. To do that, the dragon warriors must once again drink the blood of the five dragons." Then I understood. Sitting in between me and the purple dragon was a scale, it was curved like a bowl and inside was liquid of the darkest red I had ever seen. I walked forward and picked the scale up.
"I will do whatever I have to, to protect Yona." I tell her and start drinking. It didn't taste like I thought it would. I expected the coppery taste of blood but got the smokey flavor of meat roasted over a camp fire. Once the last drop had gone down the purple dragon smiled.
"Prepare yourself for changes, not just in your powers. Each of the five dragons will soon experience physical changes as well." Before I could ask her what kind of changes the dragon faded and I was back on the top of the tower with the others.
"What was that?" Hak asked sounding relieved. In that moment, nobody knew how to answer his question.

A/N
I really don't want to do this but I have to. To the people who have insulted me because I don't update this story as much as they want me to, stop it. You don't know what I'm going through, you don't know what's happening in my life. I don't get a lot of chances to work on this story, I try when I can. My biggest problem is that I don't always know what to write. The further into the story I go the harder it is to come up with ideas that I think my readers will enjoy that I also like. What I want you to know is that being mean is not helpful, if you have a problem with me don't write it in the comments. I'm always willing to chat with someone if they have issues and want to talk to me about it. I can't stand haters and trolls. Be patient and don't be mean. You never know what's going on in somebody else's life.
