:Prologue:

"Have you seen my other earring?", Aayushi exclaimed. "I have the other one but I can't find the spare! And it had to happen on the Sangeet ceremony!"

She sounded irritated.
Utterly irritated.

"What you lost your earring?!" , Shree exclaimed excitedly. Well she was always excited. Can't blame her though.

"Well Aayu I think I know where it is!" , Shree exclaimed.
"Where?!"
"In The Andromeda GALAXY!"

And Aayu suddenly thought why she was best friends with her.
"SERIOUSLY?!"

And she mentally face palmed.

"Hey hey let's ask the guests if they have seen it or not,k?" , Shree reassured her best friend and they both went to find the "lost" earring.

"Have you seen an earring which looks exactly like this?",  Aayushi asked every living person in the Grand Resort where the Sangeet ceremony was to be held.

But none of a soul had seen it.
None.

But suddenly like a saviour from heaven someone suddenly exclaimed,

"Yeah I have seen an earring like this , I'm afraid. In the first floor..third room from right!"

" Ah thank you so much!"

"How on earth did it get there?!" , Shree exclaimed.
"I don't know. Ok let's just get it!" ,
Aayushi protested.

And the two girls rushed to the first floor.

"Look for it there", Aayushi said while pointing towards the balcony end of the corridor of the 5 star hotel of South Delhi. "I'll just scour for it here"

Aayushi was before the third room as Shree left her for the first room in the corridor. They couldn't find the earring. Aayushi was now almost in tears.

"It all had to happen on the day of the Sangeet when those guys...."

"Ahh shhh!! Don't be so loud!"
"Shall I just knock on the door of this room and see whether they have seen my earring or not?" , her brows furrowed in a fit of interrogation.

"Uhh okay just knock gently then.."

Aayushi knocked on the door of room 109.
No answer.

"Are the people in there sleeping?"
"At 6 in the evening? I don't think so..."

Aayushi knocked again.
The girls could hear a rustle now from inside the room. A faint rustle of footsteps which slowly grew louder and louder.

Click.
The door unlocked.
And opened.

And there stood two boys dressed in red and peach respectively that complimented with the red and peach lehengas of the girls.

And the four knew each other.
Really well.
