My soul will forever be intertwined with yours
my heart will forever be his
my mind will always be on her
but no one's soul in intertwined with mine
no one's heart will forever be mine
and I will be on no one's mind
you just sit there reading my story
not fully understanding my worry
I just want to be with the ones that aren't real
they show that the impossible is possible
for a second, I feel joy and like I really matter
but reality comes by hitting me with a train
I'm forced to realize that I can never truly escape
stuck here in this world that is ruined by the old
and destroyed by the young
