Aloise and Vincent (aka- Aden) in their room talking softly about the meetings Aloise is pacing around slowly while Vincent sits in a chair.
Vincent- You seen worried
Aloise- Well I am I have a meeting with the queen and you are not going to be with me.
Vincent- She wouldn't want me there any way. You know how she is with men, me being there could harm any hope of a treaty.
Aloise- I know, I just don't understand why she is like that.
Vincent- She has always been like that. And anyway the less i am around the less of a chance she has to figure out who I am.
Aloise- I suppose. (she stops pacing and sits in the chair across from Vincent) so why do you think your sister wants to talk to you
Vincent- I am not sure. I know she does not remember me much, she was very little when I left. She does know she has a brother maybe she will ask that or it could be something else entirely.
Aloise- My meeting Is in a few minutes I suppose I should get ready.
Vincent- I know you are worried but you will do fine. You are very smart and if you need me just send a maid or guard to find me and I will be there. Plus after I talk with Adria I will have time to look for your brother. I know this place inside and out.
Aloise- ok thank you for coming with
Vincent- well your father would not have let you go without me.
Aloise- I guess
Servant (male)- (knocks on door and Aloise answers with a short yes) the queen has requested your presence.
Aloise- yes of course one moment.
Vincent gets up and guides her to the door and gives her a kiss on the cheek and whispers an encouragement into her ear. Smiles at her as he opens the door for her. The guard outside is wearing a mask and is dressed in fine cloths. He signals for her to follow him and she does. They head off stage.
Vincent shuts the door and waits a few moments before opening it again and leaving to go find his sister.
