A camp for furries

Chapter 2

When the trip to the forest was over we headed back to the camp.

We could still go and play in the forest but we needed permission first.

Me and my roommates, we went to ask if we could play in the forest by the river. "Sure just be back before it gets dark." Charlie said as we run towards the forest to play.

As we end up by the river we started with a quick game of hiding N Seek. Jade took out her hand with some sticks, the one who got the shortest would count. I got the shortest stick so I started to count.

"1........2........3......." as I kept counting, the others go to hide. I get done counting and start searching. It was kinda scary since it was quiet all around me. I could see tree's only tree's. I thought to myself, "how am I supposed to find Mickie he is soo small and could be anywhere" I kept searching.

I only found Rachel and Goji. Rachel was under the water I could see her shadow in the water, and Goji was Inside a massive fallen log of a 53-year-old tree. I could tell it's age by its Rings on the logs edges (or whatevs you call them).

I kept searching for some time and then find Jade and Mickie, they had been hiding together. Lucky for me to find them cause I would never have found Mickie if they hadn't been hiding together. "well you found us all" Jade said giving a smile. "actually I didn't... I haven't found Jacob yet..." I said scratching my head.

Out of nowhere, Jacob comes from behind and startles me. "AGH!!!!!!!!!!!" I scream. "heh you couldn't find me could you?" he said giving his cute smile. "yeah I guess." I said blushing.

"Hey, guys! Come here I think I found something." Jade said from with an echo. sounded like she was in a cave. We all run towards her echoing voice.

"where are you!" Mickie yelled. "I'm down here dumbass." Jade says and waves from under them where there was a hole, more of a cave cause sit was massive. "come on let's go inside!" Jade says and she slides down the walls of the cave and lands safely.

Rachel rakes Mickie with her to not let him get hurt. Then I slide down with Goji and Jacob. "Whoa!" Goji said surprised and looks around. "yeah I know right." Jade says as she makes us follow her. "look we have old super old drawings from the Stoneage"

"wow, they show a whole hunt." I said. "a hunt?" Jacob asks.
"Yeah, like if you look here. there you see a mammoth right? Next, to that mammoth, there are people with spears. they were hunting it down in the highlands." I replied.

"from where the hell you know all that fact?" Jade asks. "well I do go to school." I said giggling. "yeah but how would you know that they were hunting in the highlands?"

"easy, cause most mammoths lived in the highlands, where it wasn't too cold or too warm." I replied. "well that's nice Blue you know something!" she says joking. I just roll my eyes and giggle.

"but we shall get going guys." Rachel said as she points out to the sky and sees the sun was already setting and was starting to get dark. "everyone run!" I said as we crawl up from the cave again and ran to the camp. As we got there, Charlie was waiting his arms crossed. "So. Didn't I tell you guys to be back BEFORE SUN WAS SETTING!?" He said angrily. "Sorry, we got stuck cause we fell down a hole that actually was a cave. And we umm, later on, found some vines to climb up with and ran back towards camp!" I said with a nervous voice. "Ugh just get back to your shed NOW!" Charlie said as we started to walk towards our shed.

When we got there I lay down on my bed. My head right into my pillow. "You seem tired." Jade said looking at me from the side of the bed. "Yeah kinda..." I said as I take my phone and watch a movie.

"Whatcha watching Blue?" Jacob asks as he looks at me. "I umm I'm just watching a movie that's all"
"Can I watch it with you?" He asks. "Yeah sure. If anyone else wants then I don't mind." I got down and took a curtain on the wall, then took a box and made a hole. I put a Magnifying Glass and then showed the movie on the wall. We all watched "The Ring" a classic horror movie. Mickie goes under his blankets scared shaking.
