She sat up from the bed and rubbed her eyes. She was now fully awake and stared at both us. I stared at her back with disbelief.

"But... how are you here?!" I exclaimed.

She stuttered, " I-uh- I- I can explain this!"

Jin looked over at me.

"Um... Can you give us some time alone?" I asked.

He nodded and stepped out of the room.

"Minhee. I would have been so glad to see you but, I can't. Why... did you do that?" I asked.

"Do what?"

"Don't act innocent around me! You kissed him! My boyfriend! V!" I screamed at her.

She looked away. "I didn't know he was your boyfriend," she muttered softly, but I could still hear her.

"Don't lie. You knew that," I said coldly at her.

"And you knew that V was my favorite in BTS," Minhee retorted.

I scoffed. "You can't talk to your older sister like that!"

She rolled her eyes. "You're only older than me by barely 2 seconds."

We were silent for 3 minutes.

"Why are you even here," I finally said.

"Because of mother's wedding," she responded.

"Why didn't she tell me?" I wondered out loud.

"How would I know," Minhee said.

After a couple of seconds, she said,"maybe because she wanted to give you a surprise."

"Yea. Biggest surprise I had."

"So how's life in Korea," Minhee asked.

"It's been amazing. I met so many idols. From EXO to Girls' Generation," I bragged.

"You met EXO??!!" she exclaimed.

"Well not all of them..." I said.

"Who did you meet?" she asked excitedly.

"I met the whole Exo-M and Sehun from Exo-K," I answered proudly.

She squealed. "Oh, my gosh. How was Luhan?" she asked. Luhan was her favorite member of Exo.

"He... Is pretty cute and sweet. I went to get bubble tea with Sehun and him once," I replied.

"Wowww," she said dreamily.

"I should introduce you to him," I suggested.

"YESSS! .... Wait.... You're not mad at me anymore?" she suddenly asked.

"What can I do? I can't stay mad at you forever," I said.

She smiled.

"So how's life in America," I asked.

Her smile broke. "It's horrible," she replied in a gloomy tone.

"Why? What happened?" I asked.

"Father.... Isn't okay," she said.

"Was he in an accident?!" I questioned.

"No... It's not that. He has been drunk every night since you and mother left," she explained.

I was speechless. He was such a bold and dependable man before. Now this happened?!

"But, it's only at night. During the day time, he goes to work like usual," Minhee informed.
