Chapter 9

Hoseok burst through Yoongi's front door, panting heavily as he prayed the other male had come home and not gone somewhere else. He closed the door and quickly began searching for Yoongi. He eventually walked up to Yoongi's bedroom and stood in front of the closed door. Hearing quiet sobs coming from inside, he couldn't hold back any longer and rushed into the room.

He walked over and slowly sat down on the bed next to the small boy that was hidden under the blanket.

"Yoongi?" He whispered calmly. Yoongi jumped and quickly wiped his eyes as he felt Hoseok lift the blanket away from him. Yoongi quickly turned away, not wanted to talk to Hoseok, resulting in a small sigh coming from the younger male. He sat on the bed properly as he spoke up again.

"Yoongi, please can we just talk. We can't ignore it forever and pretend it never happened" he asked, still speaking calmly. A rush of relief ran through his body when Yoongi turned and sat up to face him, mumbling a quiet 'fine' as he did so.

Hoseok have Yoongi a good ten minutes to calm down. Once the time had passed Yoongi was no longer crying and didn't even look as if he had been, however it was still clear that he was upset from the way he had a small pout rested across his lips and his arms folded over his chest.

"Ok, just let me do the talking for now" Hoseok began before taking a deep breath. "That kiss... it meant nothing to me. That girl means nothing to me. I've never met her before and I have no reason to love her, Yoongi. She was the one who made the move anyway. I'll be completely honest, I didn't think you'd care. I didn't know I meant that much to you, but I guess I was wrong. Or at least, I hope I was wrong" Hoseok but his lip as he kept his eyes on Yoongi, noticing how he seemed shocked at Hoseoks words.

"Why do you care so much anyway?" Hoseok suddenly asked, hoping he wasn't asking something too personal.

"Uh... well I-" Yoongi began, biting his lip nervously. He took a deep breath in attempt to stay calm as he continued, deciding there was no point in holding back now. "Over the last few days that we've gotten to know each other. I've seen how caring and happy and funny you are. Whenever I'm near you, I feel happier, just the thought of you brightens my day. I guess, seeing you with someone else like that made me realise how I truly feel about you. I think... I think I'm in love with you" Yoongi ranted, trailing of towards the end. To Yoongi everything he just said was extremely cringy and cliche, but he didn't care, he just needed to tell Hoseok how he felt.

Hoseok smiled a little and pulled Yoongi in to a tight hug. They stayed like that for a while in silence, just enjoying each others presence. However, Yoongi was a little nervous since he wasn't sure if Hoseok felt the same. However the hug gave a little reassurance since he knew Hoseoks reaction wouldn't be extremely negative at least.

Eventually Hoseok pulled away from the hug and glanced at Yoongi, smiling softly.

"Well it's good to know we feel the same way" Hoseok mumbled. Yoongi looked up at Hoseok with a shocked expression.

"What?" He asked, not believing what he just heard was reality. "A-are you sure?" He mumbled, mentally cursing at himself for stuttering. Hoseok nodded confidently, letting out a small sigh of defeat when he saw how unconvinced Yoongi appeared to be.

Suddenly, he pushed Yoongi down on the bed and straddled him, leaning down to his ear to whisper,

"Well if you're so unsure, how about I show you how much I love you?" Hoseok asked, a smirk very quickly appearing.

Yoongi's whole body froze, this was all so sudden, however something in his mind told him it was exactly what he wanted, and he knew that was true. Yoongi was about to respond but didn't get the chance as a pair of lips crashed again his. At first Yoongi was unresponsive, trying to process what was happening, but seconds later he was kissing back passionately, arms wrapped around Hoseoks shoulders as he tangled a hand in his hair. He felt the the familiar feeling of butterflies in his stomach every time he was around Hoseok.

After a few seconds Hoseok briefly pulled away for air, before reconnecting his lips seconds later, this time leaving small pecks a long Yoongi's jawline. He slowly moved down towards Yoongi's neck, gently biting and sucking, hoping to leave a few purplish marks on the older's pale skin.

Yoongi suddenly let out the moan that he was trying so hard to suppress by biting his lip, causing a smirk to return to Hoseoks face. Knowing Yoongi was sensitive in that certain area, he continued leaving gentle kisses as well as more hickeys around that area, sending a shiver down Yoongi's spine.

Hoseok pulled away from the area on Yoongi's neck, only to kiss him again passionately as Yoongi gently tugged his hair and leaned in to the kiss as much as he could. The boys continued to kiss, and Hoseok decided it would be fun to tease Yoongi.

He ever so slightly grinded against the tent which had formed in Yoongi's pants, however he quickly stopped when he didn't receive the reaction he expected.

Something within Yoongi suddenly clicked. He looked as if he was terrified, small droplets of sweat formed on his forehead as his breathing became shaky and uneven. Worried, Hoseok immediately sat up.

"Yoongi? Are you ok? Was it me? I'm sorry if I went to far or something I-" Hoseok was suddenly interrupted.

"No! It's not you're fault, I promise" Yoongi quickly butted in, frantically shaking his head. "I'm just going to go and have a shower and hen we should sleep. It's pretty late." He added. Without giving Hoseok a chance to respond, he stood up and ran out of the room, grabbing a change of clothes on the way.

He desperately needed a cold shower right now. Not only because of the problem in his pants, but also because it often helped him get rid of all those thoughts that came back to haunt him...

[A/N] shorter than usual but school just started again and I'm stuck for ideas :/. Next chapter will be longer though!
