chapter 4 ~ The ride

Me and Tricia giggled like little kids. She dragged me too a black van.

"Whats happening Tricia?"

Her eyes lite up,

"well ben and ry are doing a festival in leeds and if you want you can come back to our tent and hang out with us and the crew? I mean thats if you want too."

My mouth dropped down to the floor. This was amazing and i could'nt even belive it. Fireworks blasted in my head screaming YES, YES, YES!

"Yes. Omg thank you so much!"

Tricia opened the shiny van doors and let me in. We talked and waited till ben and ryan got back.

Beads of sweat lay on my forehead and my body shook with heat. The van was officially a greenhouse. I started to get worried if Ben and Ryan would ever come. Occasionally i would glance and check if they was coming, but my hopes would be shot down and i would be disappointed by the sight of a deserted car park. Maybe they had gone and left without us? The thought made me shiver.

I glanced over at Tricia and she sighed aswell as shugging her shoulders. Starting to get bored i got out my phone. That reminded me, i had to get a picture with them and the crew. But half way through my thoughts i seen them. . . Bens perfect quif gleamed and shined and ryans glasses refleted sharp painfull light into my eyes. Yet i could'nt look away. Simultaneously, they smiled at me and i waved at them. As Ben headed straight for the van Ryan waved him and us goodbye and headed for a gleaming white mercedes. Although the glass what tinted, i made out a beautiful brunette. Jackie.

Jackie was Ryan's girlfriend. And she was perfect. Her figure, her big brown eyes and her honey skin tone made your eyes melt. Ryan and Jackie shared a sweet shy kiss and then he drove off. I watched as their car trailed off and turned into nothing but a white speck. But then Macklemore banged open the back van door.

"Hey guys how are we all doing?"

Ben stared straight at me and my teeth peeped out from behind my pink lips.

"Im fine now your here!"

I blurted out. They both bursted out laughing and Ben lauched his self over my seat into a awkward hug. My body tensed and then melted into Ben's arms. His cheek brushed against mine and i never wanted to let go, it felt so right. I smelt his tangy aftershave but then a sweet lemon smell. It was such a perfect moment.

Very abrubt Mack pulled back from the hug. Maybe i held on to him for too long. The silence dragged out as we drived. I felt that i had to break the silence befour i exsploded. So i spoke what was on my mind.

"OMG, OH MY GOD! How am i actually here, HERE! With my idols. . . Fucking MACKLEMORE and TRICIA DAVIS?!!?"

Ben looked at Tricia, and Tricia looked at Ben.

"Well you see..."

Ben continued

"Your friends planned this. They mailed us and rang us all the time and they shown us all the amazing things you did for the 30/30 project and how much of a deadicated fan you was. We just had to come by when we was on our way to the leeds festival."

My mind had just stopped. I just wanted to thank my friends so much.

After talking for hours in the van we was getting closer to leeds. I was very excited but i was worried that they might not like me. Or worse. The day might actaully come to a end.

"Whats up? Somethings changed from befour. You looks... Sad?"

Ben questioned.

"Its nothing. Im just worried that they might not like me."

I frowned.

Mack leaned over and sqeezed my shoulders encouragely. My body warned at his touch and all my doubts was gone. I grabbed his hand and held it tight. I could feel his strong pulse in my hand and his solf flesh under my skin. It felt great. I let go and he carried on talking

"they wont like you. They will love you! I no it."

Ben leaned back and Tricia grabbed my hand smiled and then let go. These two people were so amazing and i still could'nt belive it was happening. I got out my iphone, clicked on the camara app and waved it at Ben. He grinned and said

"go on then."
