Her breathing was under control and I spoke again, my hands in her hair.
Me : What do mean there were other men
Des : When My tio would take care me on the weekends he would trade me off for money..
Me : No mas , I've heard enough, just let it all out..I'm here
She just cried into my chest until Noah came in to check on her. Luckily he was quiet and didn't interrupt.I was full of anger but I wanted to stay calm.He mouthed a hello and I quickly motioned that this wasn't a good time.Once she was done crying I knew I had to pep her up for her dance.
Me : Star, remember the dance we tried when we were kids...
Des gave me a silent nod and a smile, which I returned.I played the Dora theme song and started to dance. I can't dance really so I looked really dumb.she started to laugh and I went wild. I didn't see behind me and fell over a chair onto the floor....face first. She was laughing hard now and came to check on me.
Des: Are you....*laughs * good *laughs*
Me : Yeah thanks for checking on me
Des: Your welcome.look, I don't see why we cant be just friends ,so why not
Me : So you've forgiven me Desi
Des: Yes, Don't call me that ever again
Me: Get out there and dance , amiga
She giggled and left in a hurry. I was behind her all the way back. Tally was getting confronted by JD. I miss these time of us laughing and dancing and being just kids again. She knew everything. She knew why I even became a player in the first place and....BANG
