CREE'S POV
I have to get out of this room ASAP. I always thought they were scary, but they're an actual psychopaths!
There must be some way I can get out of this confrontation. I can try and talk my way out of it. Or I can pretend that Lizzy is ringing me.
They wouldn't do anything to me if they think Lizzy is on the line. It'd be risky lying to them though. Alright, let's just talk my way out of it.
"Hey girls!" I said.
"Hey girls? What are you doing in our room, Cree?" Addie asked.
"Looking for Thomas' waistcoat." I said.
"Thomas' waistcoat? Why would Thomas' waistcoat be in our room?" Riele asked.
"He said it got mixed up with your things in the washing." I said.
"Well, we haven't see it." Riele said.
"Okay, I guess I'll be going then." I said.
"What did you see in the wardrobe?" Addie asked.
"See? What do you mean?" I asked.
"What did you see? With your eyes?" Riele asked.
"Nothing! I mean, just clothes! I had a quick scan for the waistcoat and I came back out here." I said.
"Looks like Thomas just have been mistaken."
"Oh well, I'd better go and tell him."
"Seeya!"
"Not so fast." Addie said.
"I really need to go let him know." I said.
"He'll be wondering where I am."
"You look like you're sweating." Addie said.
"Sweating? Oh.. um.... really?" I said.
"I guess I must have worked up a sweat jogging up the staircase."
"I'm not used to many stairs, you see?"
"Okay." Riele said.
"Okay?" I asked.
"Okay, you'd better go back to Thomas." Riele said.
"Th-Thank you." I said and I left the room running.
I stopped for awhile. Thanks heavens for that! I have to get to Thomas right away and tell him what I saw.
I ran again and I stopped as I saw someone walking towards me.
"Cree! Slow down, you'll trip yourself up." Jack said.
"What on earth has you in such a hurry?" Jace asked.
"Just getting some exercise." I said.
"Exercise?" Jack asked.
"Cree, you don't need some exercise. Look at you!" Jace said.
"You're fit and healthy." Jack said.
"That's why I'm fit and healthy." I said.
"Because I exercise!"
"Well, I hate to be rude, Cree, but.. can you please do your exercise outside?" Jace asked.
"Or atleast down in the hall." Jack said.
