Chapter 8

Arriving at Ashton's house, he ran out the door and helped me with my stuff and Cory. Since I was spending the night I had all my night stuff and cory's night stuff.

Walking into the pack house Liz ran straight up to me and took Cory and told Ashton to take our stuff to our rooms while she talked to me.

"What did you need to talk to me about?" I asked after Ashton was upstairs.

Liz looked at me.  "Oh honey I didn't I just wanted time with you without big bad possessive wolf hanging around." she looked back at Cory who was sitting on her lap as she feed him apple sauce. Yuck!  I hate Apple sauce!

Ashton's pov

Walking up the stairs to put Misty's clothes in my room I started thinking. How is this relationship going to work, I'm not going to do anything but we haven't even gone on a date yet. Maybe I'll talk to Angie about it and see if she can get some info.

I set her stuff and cory's stuff down on my bed and started walking back down to the kitchen, but thought better of it and walked to Angie's room.

I knocked on her door and waited. When she didn't answer the door faster than she usually did, I got worried. I opened the door and saw her room was a disaster.

"Angie? Angie?" she didn't answer. I walked into her room and saw a pink piece of paper on her mirror of her make up table thing.

I walked over and pulled it off and read it.

Ashton,

I know you are going to come in my room first so this is for you and you only. I have gone with my mate. I forgot to tell you but I found my mate and he asked me on a date.

I asked dad if I could go and he said no but I didn't tell him I was going to go with my mate, anyway I'm going to be back tomorrow around three. please cover for me and I will owe you I promise.

oh and please don't tell dad or mom for that matter because she can't keep anything from dad.

P.S. I'm turning off my phone so don't try to call me.

Okay something is wrong with this letter.

One: Angie never turns off her phone ever. since she got a new phone she doesn't turn it off so if we need her we can contact her fast.

Two: She never puts Sincerely, she puts LoVe AlwaYs.  She always capitalizes the L, V, A, and Y in love always.

Three: She never puts her full name she puts Angie.

Four: She always has a space between her name and the heart.

She has done this so if we ever found a note signed by her we would know because of those four things.

When Angie writes letters it's not this kind it's to make someone cheer up and she writes them so they can look at them all the time.

This is not Angie's letter.

She was kidnapped

Misty's pov.

Ashton came running down the stairs and it looked like he would pass out at any moment.

His mom looked up at him and Cory spit out the Apple sauce and made a disgusted face.

"Honey, why do you look like you just saw a ghost?" His mom asked concerned.

"Mom did you happen to see Angie leave with anybody today?"

His mom was quiet a moment. "Yes I did actually she said it was her guy friend."

"Do you happen to ask her what his name was?"

"Of course I did why would I let a guy walk out with my daughter without knowing his name. His name was Austin, he had black hair with red highlights everywhere,  he had violet eyes and he wore a lot of red."

Ashton looked horrified. "Mom that was not one of Angie's new guys friends. Angie was kidnapped."

Liz looked like she could cry. "How do you know? Don't be pulling jokes on me Ashton, this is not the time."

"No mom why would I pull a joke like this, I even have a note to prove it. Here."

Ashton handed Liz the paper he Had in his hand and Liz looked it over. When she got to the end she gasped and tears were in her eyes. 

"Its true even I've gotten a note from Angie and that was not how she signed it. My daughter has been kidnapped."

Then she started crying.

Hey guys happy 4th of July. hope you had a good one. I did. Anyway sorry it's so sort I wanted to get it published before the 4th was over. I promise the next one will be longer. So here I am ten minutes before the fourth is over giving you guys a firework chapter.

What do you think about it? Did you see that one coming I sure didn't.
