Jinan: Junhoe...

Junhoe: dude it's 2am

Jinan: where do u live?

Junhoe: why?

Jinan: I'm lost

Junhoe: at 2am?

Jinan: i had a performance and we went out for drinks and idk where I am

Jinan: I'm half drunk and I don't feel passing out on the side of the road in a town i don't know

Junhoe: where are u how

Junhoe: explain ur surroundings

Jinan: some cafe or something called #WYD is next to me

Junhoe: ah that's in my hometown

Junhoe: give me 15 minutes max

Jinan: plz hurry I'm scared

Junhoe bit his lips as he drove downtown. That place wasn't safe for someone as pretty as Jinhwan — well, at least in Junhoe's mind. He had only seen one picture of Jinhwan, but he was almost 200% sure he was whipped for him.

He spotted a figure sitting on the side of the road. He held a phone in his hand and his head hung in between his knees. Junhoe stopped the SUV and turned off the engine. The brown locks looked familiar.

"Jinhwan?"

The male looked up. Junhoe blushed slightly. He looked much more prettier in person. He got out the SUV, walking over to Jinhwan. He kneeled down.

"Wow, Junhoe... you're so handsome," Jinhwan giggled. Yep, he was definitely drunk.

"How much did you drink?" Junhoe asked.

"Only a few glasses," Jinhwan mumbled. "Take me home, please. I'm sick and tired of some people."

"Some people? Explain," Junhoe said in an attempt to start a conversation. He helped Jinhwan up and walked him to the car.

"Hanbin and Jiwon," Jinhwan mumbled bitterly. "They think I'm easy. They think I don't have boundaries."

"What did they do?" Junhoe asked, walking to his side. He climbed in and started up the car. He drove slowly to prolong their conversation.

"Jiwon said that Hanbin 'apologized' for giving my number to you and wanted to try things again. I got nervous and excited, because I actually have feelings for Hanbin. I went I talk with him, and he said he wanted to try things again, but he kept touching me in places I didn't want him to. I get it, he was drunk and so was I, but that was unacceptable. I'm not easy."

Junhoe hummed in response. "Hanbin can be a dick sometimes."

"He's always a dick. But I'm stupid and fell for the wrong person," Jinhwan mumbled.

"Where do you live?" Junhoe asked.

"Right now, I live in Seong-il."

Junhoe widened his eyes. "That's outside of town! It's too far! It's easier to stay at my place tonight."

"It's best if I sleep at my own place. Mornings aren't good when I've been drunk the night before," Jinhwan replied.

"It's morning anyways," Junhoe said. He began driving to his place. The ride was silent and slow for both of them.

"We've only spoken over the phone. We met 3 days ago," Jinhwan began speaking. "All because of that stupid Hanbin."

"He's never usually like this," Junhoe mumbled. "He's sweeter than this. Nicer. I don't understand his deal this time."

Jinhwan sighed, turning to his side slightly. "I met him a few days ago. My friend Suhyun set us up on a date. We got along just fine, and went on another date, but... it seems like he wasn't really interested in me. Maybe I seemed too desperate for a relationship."

Junhoe thought back to that text Hanbin sent him — what did he mean that Junhoe would do a better job?

"What happened after he... touched you?" Junhoe asked.

"I pushed him away," Jinhwan answered. "Before I did, though, he got me to make out with him. When he tried touching me and I pushed him away, he called me a slut and told me to come to you."

Junhoe winced. "Yep, he's being dicky."

"I hate him. I never want to see him again," Jinhwan mumbled. The rest of the drive was silent.

"Do you usually rant when you're drunk?"

"Leave me alone, Junhoe."

"It's cute, though."

"Ughhh!"

Junhoe: it's fine don't worry

Jinan: it was embarrassing!!
