Jinhwan tapped his foot nervously as he waited outside his house for Junhoe to arrive. He was still confused — not just about the event that just happened, but about everything. Junhoe and himself had accidentally spoken to each other less than 2 weeks ago, but they already trusted one another so much.

The familiar black SUV pulled up beside his house. The window rolled down, revealing Junhoe.

"Get in," he said simply. Jinhwan gulped — Junhoe made it sound like he was in trouble. He climbed in the seat beside him. The drove off, the ride silent except for the sound of 'Drug Restaurant' playing from the speakers.

"Junhoe... what did I do wrong...?"

Junhoe was quick to answer. "You made me worried! I thought something happened to you! I thought you were ignoring me!"

Jinhwan sighed. "I'm sorry. I lost my phone."

Junhoe sighed. "I just wanted to... spend time with you today. I realized that I can't... I can't be without you. I don't know why. Ignore what I just said. We're just gonna hang out today."

Jinhwan raised an eyebrow. "Uh... okay. So where are we going?"

"What do you want to do today? I have money to spend," Junhoe said, a smirk on his lips.

"You do?" Jinhwan frowned.

Junhoe chuckled. "The reason I quit college is because I don't need it. I'm gonna get my dad's company whether I want it or not. He forced me to do business studies in high school so I at least know the basics of a business. I'm basically rich. Milk me of my cash, I don't care."

Jinhwan frowned. "You act like I'm a gold digger or something."

"You can't be a gold digger if we're not in a relationship."

Jinhwan rolled his eyes. "We can do whatever you want today. It wasn't my idea to go out."

"Let's go shopping," Junhoe suggested. "It'll be fun, I swear. Spend at least 50K and I'll take you home, okay?"

"50?! On what?"

Junhoe shrugged. "I dunno. Whatever you want. Hanbin hasn't been treating you right — let me treat you this once."

Jinhwan sighed. "Fine. But I won't spend more than 50K."

"Well, you spent 156K today, which was way more than I expected."

Jinhwan pouted. "I got carried away, okay?"

Junhoe chuckled. "While you were spending my money at Juun.J, I went and bought something for you."

"Seriously? I already spent so much money," Jinhwan whined. His mouth shut when Junhoe pulled out a long black box. The younger held it out to him and Jinhwan carefully took it. He opened the box and gasped.

"What do you think?" Junhoe asked, a hopeful smile on his lips.

"It's beautiful..." Jinhwan picked up necklace that looked akin to a choker in the box, holding it between his fingers. The pretty diamonds seemed so beautiful on his fingers. "How much did this cost? Are these real diamonds?"

"The price doesn't matter. And yes, they're real diamonds," Junhoe replied. "You'd look even more pretty in it, trust me. You'd look even prettier in anything."

Jinhwan blushed and looked down. "You seriously do too much for me..."

Junhoe looked down as well, an even blush spreading on his cheeks as well. "Uhm... should I help you put it on?"

"Seriously? In the middle of a café? Won't it make trouble?" Jinhwan asked, frowning.

"I don't care, actually," Junhoe shrugged. "Come on, let me help you put it on."

Jinhwan bit his lips nervously and turned around. Junhoe had to clear his mind as he clipped the choker around Jinhwan's milky neck. Jinhwan turned around again, a smile on his lips.

"How does it look?"

Fucking beautiful. "You look pretty. Well, prettier."

Jinhwan blushed. "Thanks."

Junhoe smiled nervously. Their milkshakes finally arrived and they drank them in a comfortable silence. Jinhwan quite enjoyed spending time with the younger.

"Did I really make you worried?" Jinhwan finally asked.

"Of course you did. I thought I said something wrong in one of our previous conversations," Junhoe replied.

"I could never get mad at you. Plus, I don't give people the silent treatment. If you pissed me off, I'll tell you that you did," Jinhwan said firmly. Junhoe smiled, finding Jinhwan's fierceness cute. He couldn't say that out loud, of course.

"I'm cute?"

Unless he did.

Junhoe gulped. "D-did I call you cute out loud?"

Jinhwan giggled. "You did."

Junhoe chuckled in embarrassment. "I'm sorry. That was a thought for myself."

"It's fine if you call me cute. I get it a lot anyways," Jinhwan shrugged.

Junhoe shrugged. "Not gonna pass that opportunity."

"Ooh, it's 16:00. I have practice at 17:30, so we might have to hurry up," Jinhwan said. "Today was really fun, by the way. I... I hope we can hang out like this again."

Junhoe smiled. "Of course we can. We're friends, aren't we?"

Jinhwan smiled weakly. "Yeah. Friends."
