Potter's Twin Sister

Before they started dinner, Dumbledore welcomed them to Hogwarts; they ate, and then they had to follow the prefects to the dorms. They stood before a painting and asked for a password: pureblood girls on one side and boys on the other. Evangeline heads straight to her dorm. Pansy stayed down in the Common room for a bit before heading up.
When she heard the door open, Evangeline sat on her bed, petting Midnite. She looked up and saw this smirk forming on Pansy's face. Pansy had some juice gossip she was dying to tell Evangeline. Pansy walked over to Evangeline's bed and took a seat.

"So, you know the new chick that started a week ago?" Pansy asked her. 

"Um, yeah, I think so. What did she do? Evangeline asked. Pansy couldn't hold in her laughter any longer and blurted every out.

"Get this; she has a crush on Draco!"Evangeline couldn't help but laugh; she heard Tracy groan and sat up.

"Some people wanna get their beauty sleep." Tracy rants and raves in an annoyingly high-pitched voice.

"BEAUTY SLEEP?? You? You'll need to sleep even for a century to touch beauty." Evangeline says in the same high-pitched voice as Tracy.

"Yeah, I agree," Pansy hisses.

"Anyways, she has a rude awakening coming her way," Evangeline says. Pansy gets up and walks to the washroom to get ready for bed. Evangeline walks in behind her to do the same. Evangeline walks over to her bed, plops down, and turns to Pansy, who is standing at the washroom door.

"Well, I'm going to bed, Pansy. I'll see you in the am. Night," Evangeline says with a smile/yawn.

"Night, Evangeline," Pansy replies and heads to bed. It was Sunday; Evangeline did nothing at all. She just laid around the Common Room with Pansy. Evangeline was watching Draco from afar. Davis is so sickening how she could throw herself onto someone who doesn't like them.

"Let's go to Black Lake for a bit and bring Draco," Evangeline suggested to Pansy.

"Feeling adventurous?" Pansy asked with a smirk.

"Yeah, besides, the crisp fall air would do us all good," Evangeline replied. Pansy stood up and walked over to Draco, grabbing him by his arm and taking him out of the standard room. Tracy tried to follow, but Evangeline stood before her, telling her "no,"  and continued her way out, following Draco and Pansy. They left the castle and sat by the lake, enjoying the cool breeze, laughing, and joking around. Time flew by quickly, and it was getting dark, so they started to head back. Severus stopped them.

"Where are you headed?" He asked in a stern tone of voice.

"Bed, sir," Evangeline replied in a cocky tone, crossing her arms over her chest in annoyance. Severus stepped to the side, allowing her to pass him, but he quickly grabbed Evangeline's arm before she could go.

"Yes, professor?" Evangeline asked as she spun around, pulling her arm out of his grip.

"How are you holding up?" Severus asked as though he was concerned about her feelings.

"Fine, may I go now?" She snarled, crossing her arms over her chest once again. With a heavy sigh, Severus said,

"Have a good evening, Evangeline," before taking his leave. Finally, making it back into the Common room, she caught the eye of Blaise Zabini; he was teasing some girl Evangeline hadn't met. After lying about all day, Evangeline and Pansy went to dinner and headed back to her room. Evangeline stood by her door, moving the rest of her stuff in. That's when she noticed Blaise walking towards her.

"Do you need any help?" He said with a smirk plastered on his face.

"Perhaps your girlfriend could use some help," Evangeline says and steps back, uncomfortable with the look in his eyes and the heat of his body burning her skin. Evangeline figured a reminder of his girlfriend was the best way to end the conversation.

"She isn't my girlfriend," he sneers.

"It sure looked that way to me," She countered.

"So you were watching," he says with a smug smile.

"Yeah, well, I slipped in a puddle of her drool and figured I had better be on the lookout for more," Evangeline says, taking another step back toward her dorm.

"She wishes she was my girlfriend," he says smoothly.

"Well, maybe you shouldn't lead her on. I really should get to bed. Goodnight, Zabini," Evangeline says and slips into the safety of her dorm. But, right before she could close the door, she heard a whisper.

"Goodnight, Evangeline."

It's about 6 a.m. Evangeline wakes up; she notices Pansy is still asleep. So Evangeline heads to the washroom and gets ready for breakfast. Then, she goes down to the Common room to wait for Pansy. A few first years are in the Common Room, and so is Draco. Evangeline walks over to him and sits next to him on the couch. Evangeline and Draco start talking a bit, but moments later, they see Pansy finally making her way down.

"I finally got that pig Davis back this morning. Once again, she decided to fill my pillowcase with snails, so this morning, I woke up early and dug through her trunk until I found a pair of her granny panties. I then glued them to her forehead with a permanent sticking charm. But, of course, she wasn't happy when she woke up. She tried to duel me, but her underwear blocked her vision, and I stunned her. Her friend and I mean that in the singular sense, carted her off to the hospital wing an hour ago. I have been upstairs getting rid of the snails and cleaning my pillow," She says all this fast, but Evangeline did catch enough of the story to begin laughing hysterically.

"Does she ever learn?" Evangeline said, crossing her arms over her chest and rolling her eyes.

"Maybe this time she will. Are you ready to eat?" She asks, but before we move, she looks down at Evangeline's robes and says, "You need a tie."

"I lost mine. I'll wait for you in the hallway. I don't feel like dealing with Miss bitch face again." She says, and she turns and heads back into the dorm. Evangeline walks out of the standard room and waits for her, but a green silk tie is wrapped around her neck before she returns.

"I found your tie," says a cheerful, excited voice.

"Thanks, Hermione, but where did you find it?" Evangeline asked as she grabbed the tie out of Hermione's hand.

"By the Black Lake. Must have taken it off when you were out there yesterday," She said, smiling at her.

"Oh, yeah. Thanks." Evangeline said with a smile.

"You're welcome; I'll see you in class," Hermione replied. She smiled at Evangeline. Hermione turned around and left the dungeons. Standing there, holding her tie in her hand, *Damn it. I should have had her tie it for me,* Evangeline said to herself. She squeezed the tie in her hand in annoyance.
