                      Oceanstar's POV
Oceanstar sat in the daylight with the sun beating down on her face overlooking her deputy Sandgorse as he sorted out a hunting patrol for the Afternoon "Whitefang you take Raintail and Swiftear on a Hunting patrol." The Sandy yellow Tom ordered. Oceanstar closed her eyes and took in a large breath when she was interrupted by a few cats yowling in anger, she opened her eyes to a tiny yellow blur streaking around camp slipping under and over any cats in her way. I have about had enough of this she thought as the she-kit was causing a big disruption, the kit had done this many times before and Oceanstar had gotten many complaints from her clanmates. When Sandgorse was done sorting out the patrols she padded up to him "Sandgorse, could please send   Spottedkit over to me? I need to have a talk with her." She asked kindly "Of course! I'll send her right over." She watched as he went to go get the kit she trilled with amusement when he forgot to call her and stepped out in front of her and got rolled by the speeding kit. As soon as the kit was weaned she separated herself from the rest of her clan including her mother, her mother trys to talk to her but the kit always runs off. "Spottedkit! Come here" Sandgorse yelled. Spottedkit stopped in front of him "Why do you need me?." She asked in a Sassy tone "Because Oceanstar would like to have a talk with you." He told her truthfully "Tell her that I said no." She said in a almost joking kind of voice "Excuse me." He Scolded her. Then like a flash, she leaped on to his back and sprung off and darted away. Oceanstar sighed and jumped off the high ledge padded up beside Sandgorse "Don't worry about it I will get her." She meowed. Sandgorse nodded before walking off to do his duties. Oceanstar began to run to catch Spottedkit, the kit turned around saw her and took a sharp turn this kit is fast! Oceanstar looked to see what the she-kit's next move was to find out that the kit was charging at her! The kit leaped over her and turned to face her "Why are you chasing me?" Spottedkit asked in a annoyed tone of voice "Why are you running?" Oceanstar asked in the same tone of voice. "When someone chases me I run, its fun!" Spottedkit replied in a more respectful tone of voice "Well I need to talk with you." Oceanstar meowed kindly "Sorry, gotta go!" Spottedkit mewed, back to her normal sassy tone. But this time when Spottedkit tried to run Oceanstar grabbed her tail. Not expecting this Spottedkit whirled around claws unsheathed fighting. Oceanstar pinned her to the ground "All I wanted to say is that you need to stop running over cats, that's all!" Spottedkit struggled underneath Oceanstar's powerful paws "Fine." She said with an eyeroll. Oceanstar released her and the kit took off towards the nursery I am afraid I might have to tell her sooner than I wanted to, but she needs to know.
