Quanzhe looked at the lifeless body of the girl she fell inlove with. She was covered in white sheets as a a monitor stood beside her.

It's been 3 days since she was admitted to the hospital and she hasn't woken up ever since.

Her drunkard father was mainly the cause of all this. Meizen has fought over her darkness with the help of her friends but by receiving harsh words and some slaps and hits by the parent she trusted the most, it broke her.

This went on for several years, even attempting to kill herself but Quanzhe's words made her realize that the world still has beauty left lingering around.

Quanzhe slowly held on to Meizen's hand, "You're an idiot, you know that, right? I told you to call me if anything bad happens."

He suddenly remembered their last day on the playground. They were discussing whether or not to tell the others about their new found feelings but they decided to make it a surprise for the new year.

"You made me believe again and you were starting to see the beauty this world has. Please, don't give up, Mei. I beg you."

Tears started forming down his cheeks as he held on tightly to Meizen's hands. He felt himself trembling at the thought of losing her.

"Who would expect that an anti social hamster would fall for an annoying alien like you? I swear, I almost thought of blocking you when you kept messaging me."

"But then I got used to it and the next thing I knew, I wake up in the morning checking my phone whether you texted or not."

"Honestly, Meizen, I pushed everyone who tried to stay close but you tolerated my attitude and stayed. You never once said that I made you angry because of my replies."

"When you found out why I was acting like this, you tried everything to make me feel better and help me come back to my original self."

"How lucky was I to have met someone as amazing and as thoughtful as you? So please, p-please -"

Quanzhe couldn't continue any further. He started crying, gently hugging Meizen's body. "I love you Mei. Please wake up."
