The Phantom: A raging war

Chapter 8

Kuroko P.O.V

After I had collected myself I got the files out my bag and started reading for Akuma-tekina and pass Akashi the one for 'Pesuto'. 

I remain silent, Looking at all the Useless information given to me, I keep re-reading the same thing, We're both sat on the floor in my room, Papers all around trying to make 'Battle plans'

"Tetsuya" Akashi says, 

"Hmm?" I say not looking up, He sighs putting his file down and crawls over to me, Taking mine out of my hand, "Hey!" I say as he scoots closer, Trapping me between the wall and him.

"When I say your name I expect an actual verbal answer" He says, 

"When have I ever listen to you and what you expect?" I ask with a smirk

"Are you okay?" He asks, I sigh and push him back, Leaning on the wall with my arm resting on one of my knees, I grab the file again

"I guess. I feel better getting everything out. I just need to focus on sorting it all out, You getting haunted and me declaring war. I can't think about-" I can't say it, I can't say his name or call him by what I used to "HIM" I say, 

"Very well" He says, Continuing to read his file, He chuckles 

"What?" I ask glancing up 

"I just remembered when I did something similar to you in the schools bathroom" I tense remembering "You looked very-" I cut him off by throwing a ball of paper.

"I Implore you- Do not finish that sentence" I say as the paper hits him and he chuckles, 

"What is it with you and throwing paper at people?" he asks with a smirk. I smile a little. 

"I really don't get you. One second you're all 'BOW BEFORE ME' the next you're all 'Are You okay' What is it?"

"Bipolar?" He asks, I shake my head and stare at the unimportant words before me, I groan and throw it on the floor 

"I got nothing" I say with a sigh 

"Same" He says "Except, this" I scurry over as He points to a paragraph "Apparently he was third in command, yano the first being Akuma-Tekina." I look over the paragraph 

'Pesuto- the third in command to the king of the underworld Akuma-Tekina, Is a demon who focuses on making his subjects sick to kill them. In some cases he prefers to torment his prey, Putting them into limbo and letting them get broken down before making them ill. He was granted third in command after killing famous hunter Yokina Akashi' 

I look over at Akashi who's eyes are filled with sadness and anger, I keep reading nothing of any importance other than 

'He was known to cause trouble with Akuma's second in command Name scribbled out them having frequent fights that cause minimal destruction.' 

"Aaand thats all she wrote" I say tossing the file on my desk, Throwing the one for Akuma on there too. 

"Was there anything about his second and third in command?" Akashi asks, I sigh and nod

"Yeah but the names were scribbled out. SOMEONE didn't want anyone finding out" I sigh

"Do you think it was your da-" I cut him off

"NEVER mention him in my room" I snap, He tenses at my harsh tone, "Okay" I add softly, He nods.

"I get it. Its hard, being betrayed" He says. I chuckle 

"Tell me about it" I scoff. Laying on my back on the floor. Taking my glasses off to inspect them. "I just don't understand- Why?" I whisper, Cleaning them off with the bottom of my shirt and placing them back on.
