Sick

Chapter 3
He felt horrible and sick to his bones. His forehead was on fire and his muscles never seemed to work whenever he commanded them to. Nate was tired of feeling this way. He found it hard to swallow since his throat was dry and sometimes he had to remember to breath rough ragged breaths.

His eyes stung every time he opened them, the light must've been too bright for his eyes, he thought. He had fought several times to keep his eyes open but it was just added onto the list of Can't- Do's. Thinking had also become harder than ever, his brain ached. It felt like all the migraines he ever had combined!

Nate focused on the sounds around him.
