Third Person's POV.
"Okay everyone we'll start off with a simple dodge game. First off is..."The MC said and all of them looked at the large screen just by the stage.
"Flowers vs. Leaves!!"The MC shouted.
'Well this would be interesting...' Almira said in her mind.
You see, Thea Hale is in the leaves team while Natalie is in the flowers team.
Thea is the ice mage with Yohan by the way (refer to chapter 29).
"Go to your places as I explain the mechanics. So in this game it's just like playing dodge ball in the mortal world except there is no ball, all of you will cast magic and once your magic hit a certain person in the other group that is equivalent to one point and that particular immortal that you hit would be eliminated. So this is a survival game. Barriers Activate and healers on standby. Remember you are not allowed to kill so only use stage 3 below magic okay. There are invisible barriers on your body that would automatically bring you out of the battlefield once it's been hit by a spell or magic."The MC explained.
"So are you ready?!!"HM Kryssa shouted.
The students prepared their magic, everyone felt the excitement and as well as fear. They're competing with royalties of course they will feel intimidated!
Everyone might think this is just a way of the school to have their mind set on something else besides the way but truth be told, it's also the school's way to prepare them. Kailangan nilang matuto na lumaban at maovercome ang takot nila.
"FIGHT!!"HM Kryssa shouted and they begun to fight.
Natalie's POV.
"Flame throwers!"
"Fire ball!"
"Lava shower stage 4!"
(stage 4 is lower than stage 3)
Nasa isang Fire hover board ako habang pinapaulanan sila ng atake.
Bigla naman akong may nasense na paparating sa akin and base sa nararamdaman kong temperatura, ito ay isang Ice Spike.
"Melt stare," sabi ko at tumingin sa mga Ice spikes na paparating sa akin. Kailangan ko pang bilisan...
Pagtingin ko kung sino yun ay napangisi lang ako ng makitang si Thea Hale yun. Ginagalit ba talaga ako ng babaeng ito.
Dakilang papansin talaga eh, bata pa lang kami papansin na yun kay Yohan akala mo naman kung sinong maganda!
"I make hamon-hamon you Natalie in a laban," maarteng sabi niya, hindi ko maiwasan na matawa.
"Thea, ang trying hard mo ano? Trying hard na nga kay Yohan, trying hard pa mag-english. My goodness magaral ka muna bago mo ako hamunin. Pero kung iisipin, even if you study your ass off for even a century you will never get to my level,"sabi ko naman at paalis na sana kaya lang tinira niya ako ng Ice ball pero mabilis kong natawag ang guardian ko.
"Kasai-kun, " bigkas ko ng pangalan niya at agad naman siya lumitaw at tinunaw ang isang stage 2 na ice ball.
"Tsk tsk tsk. Not following the rules are we, Thea? Oh wait baka di mo maintindihan. Ang sabi ko di ka pala sumusunod sa mga patakaran, Thea. Ang dumi mo alam mo ba yun? Maglinis din pag may time ha," sabi ko sa kaniya na tila ba disappointed ako sabagay, hindi naman talaga ako nag-expect sa kaniya.
"Makapagsalita ka Natalie, akala mo naman ang linis mo," sabi niya naman.
Di na ata kinaya ang page-english kaya nagtagalog na, nakakatawa talaga siya. Tulad ng mukha niya, katawa-tawa.
