I walked out of work smiling because I had such a great day I pulled my phone from my back pocket then I saw it. My heart stopped and I couldn't breathe, your name paused my entire world for what felt like an eternity. I didn't reply right away it was just a simple "hey" I had no idea what to say to you. You left me for a girl who I thought was a friend without even saying goodbye, didn't you at least think I deserved a goodbye. Or didn't you want me to get that closure? Right, you didn't because this is what you do. You make sure I can't move on after you leave me broken every time so you can come back and "save" me when your the one that broke me in the first place. Well you see this time is different, this game you played with me, you won't be able to play anymore cause the last time you broke my heart is staying the last time you broke my heart.
