Chapter 43: Baby sitting

Karma's POV

Sigh

"I managed to apologize to Shimada-san but I still haven't been able to talk to Tsume-chan properly" I said as I played with the rubber knife inside my room "And only more than five months left until our assassination deadline. Plus, two weeks until midterms... I have to go study... At least I shouldn't make the same mistake like last time"

I stood up from my bed and went to get my textbooks.

Natsume's POV

"Gaah! I really hate kanji! Why is it so hard to write these things" I banged my head on my table "Shu... I hate this..."

"Just stop complaining and study already" Shu said "By the way, how's it with Akabane"

"Saa(Who knows)" I sat properly then started writing some shit while Shu continued teaching me.

"Hai. Moshi moshi" I picked up my phone without looking at the caller ID

"Natsume, could you go to the hospital already" Nii-sama's voice said

"Ah. Nii-sama. Why? I thought you were going to pick me up" I said

"I can't pick you up since I'm already here and we're having some important discussion" Nii-sama said

"Ehh? Fine..." I said then hanged up.

"Was it Karasuma-san?" Shu asked to which I nodded as an answer then stood up "You have somewhere to go?"

"Yup. I have my check-up today and Nii-sama asked me to go to the hospital already since he can't pick me up" I answered and placed my house key, phone and wallet inside my pocket.

"Should I walk you there?" Shu asked as we went to put on our shoes.

"Nah. I can manage and I'll be taking the bike" I said as Shu and walked out of the house and I locked the door.

"See you tomorrow then" Shu waved at me as he started walking back to his house

"Bye bye"

Slap

I was surprised when I saw Koro-sensei slap my classmates on the face with his face black and infuriated.

"Will you report that as injuring the students?" Koro-sensei asked to Nii-sama

"I'll overlook it this once" Nii-sama answered calmly "I knew the risks when I introduced that high level training... It may have been too soon for you after all" The others could only look down in guilt and shame.

"Natsume, isn't that right?" Nii-sama turned to me which made the others turn to me also

"I guess discipline is really needed when it comes to handling such skills... You guys should know not to show off those skills so much... They do say that with great power, comes great responsibility" I slowly walked to Nii-sama's side

"Right. Let's go, Natsume. Matsui-sensei is waiting" Nii-sama walked to the door and I folllowed him "I'll take responsibility for what happened"

With that, we left them alone with Koro-sensei.

"Nii-sama, what just happened?" I asked

"They were doing parkour outside class and they got someone hurt" Nii-sama sighed

"I guess the state secret is in deep trouble. They may lose the bounty" I said while looking straight ahead

"We are having some negotiations to fix things up" Nii-sama said
