An almost thirty minutes of taxi drive led you finally to a dazzling high glass building marked with its founder's name in capital letters, making sure every one who walked or drove pass this building knows his name.

Paying the taxi bill that costed you almost the same as your lunch's, you smiled at the driver before slamming the door closed and adjusting your dress.

There was a party today, celebrating the anniversary of the holding company you're currently working at and it occupied two levels from the whole building. One only for the BOD and the investors and other bunch of people that matter the most to the company and one for... well, everyone else.

At first, you refused to come because you didn't feel like you were invited to the party. You were new, today was actually the third day you stepped your feet on the very marbled floor of the building, so you didn't feel like you really had to go to the party, besides, you still don't have much friends to begin with.

Elena the korean-american girl and Hoseok the gym rat were the exception, though. They were the only friends you have here— at least, for now.

Elena, the one who referred herself as the female cassanova of this company, worked as the head of supply department and you met her accidentally in the elevator, when you were confused on which floor you should actually went to. She was nice. Really. She helped you with almost everything on your first day. She told you what was where and all the basic things you need to know about the company.

Hoseok, the one who always have his protein and other supplements with him were Elena's best friend. He was also from the same department with Elena and of course you knew him because Elena introduced you to him at lunch. He was a fun guy, extra friendly and overall a good friend, but most of people who know him, would be intimidated and wouldn't want to approached him at first due to how he looked from the outside; all muscles and sometimes his eyes shot an intimidating gaze, but they were wrong. Once you knew him, he was really a soft bunny inside.

You got into the elevator with other employees who— you're sure of this– would be attending the party. One of them touched the screen, choosing the desired floor; 22nd. A level below the one for the important people. Another one tried, jokingly, touched the level 23rd, but the light around the number wouldn't lit.

"As expected. Card." One rolled his pair of eyes, you could see from the reflection of the glass door that was slowly closing.

It took only a few minutes after the door slid opened again and everyone including you gushed out, showing the ID card to one of the securities before they let you in with a single nod.

Your eyes tried to look for your best friends, El and Hoseok with a glass of champagne already fixed on your hand. There was DJ, whole bunch of high quality foods, expensive wines and champagnes and other things you would've not seen if you didn't join this company. Everyone was dressed nicely, just like you were. Some even had Rolex circling their wrist and they must be the important people of this floor.

"Hey! Finally found you!" An annoying shout deafened your ear. It was Elena, with Hoseok standing behind her, eyes wondered around, probably hunting for some hot girls.

"Oh, God." You rubbed your ear. "I was looking for you two, glad you found me."

"The party sucks." Elena threw her hand over your shoulder and gave Hoseok her champagne.

The boy gulped it down in a second and left the empty glass on the table beside before the three of you marched to the dessert station.

"Anyway, what's up with your dress? You look like... an old woman." Elena commented after he fed himself a fruit fondue.
