I woke up that next morning and took a quick shower . I did my hair and brushed my teeth then put on a plain and simple outfit . I headed down stairs and was met in the kitchen by my dad .

"Hey Kay Kay" my dad was the only person who called me that .

"Morning Dad. Do you think we could go out for lunch later after school? We haven't really spent any time together since we moved out here." Back home we used to do things every week whether it was all together as a family or if it was just us . Since we moved here everyone has been busy with their own things. Most importantly I needed to tell him about Brody .

"Yeah I'll pick you up from school , just make sure Jared drives your car home ." He kissed my forehead and left the kitchen . After the short convo me and Jared headed out to my car and off to school .

"Ay Kylie don't forget to mention Dave n Busters on Sunday to Brody" We pulled up to our school and got out.

"I won't Jared" We went our separate ways and were off to class. Once I got to first period I finished my assignment and went over to Brody's table.

"hey B" I sat next to him . No one else sat here since I moved . I don't know whether she was gonna put someone here or not .

"Hey Ky what's up" he kissed me on my cheek and tapped his desk.

"Nothing much . Jared wants to go out with me and you on Sunday . He's bringing Trish ." I laughed looking at Brody's facial expression

"It's a basketball game on Sunday . I gotta miss it ?" He looked sad

"Nope he wants to go to Dave n Busters just because of the basketball game so .." I smiled

"Yeah for sure I'll go it sounds like fun ." He closed his notebook and looked at me smiling .

"Alright then B , see you later " I pecked his lips and left class once the bell rang .

Brody's POV
Kylie and I planned on going to Dave n Busters this Sunday with her brother and his girl . I left my first period class and headed over to my second period but on the way I ran into one of my old hoes . Smh

"Hey boo" She leaned against the wall and smiled up at me .

"Excuse me I need to get to class" I didn't even bother looking at her . I'm not gone lie she was bad and that's the exact reason i fucked with her . But instead of cheating I'm not even gonna look at her

"Babe you look stressed about something what's up" She grabbed my face and turned it to her. I'm not going to do this man I can't do it to Kylie.

"Look I was trying to be nice . Leave me the fuck alone I don't want you or none of that" I sighed and took her hands off of me . She just laughed like she was amused though

"Baby Calm down . Nobody has to know anything" She leaned up and kissed my cheek and before I could even do anything I seen Trish and Brody standing at the other side of the hallway looking at me .

"Fuck man . It's not even like that" I walked towards him and shook my head then realized i was holding my face because he just punched me.

"Yo the fuck bro I said it's not like that" I was now mad because I didn't do anything .

"Bitch ass nigga ." Trish was trying to hold him back .

"Nah I'm not no bitch and You getting outta pocket over some dumb ass hoe . She did that shit I was Trynna move past her to go to class homie" I had my fist balled and was ready for this nigga to come at me again . I didn't want to fight him but at the same time he not finna be disrespectful or be hitting me .
