"OK, done!" Dr. Amber said cheerfully. She hang her stethoscopes on her shoulders.
"Heartbeat – normal, blood pressure – normal, everything's good," she added.
Brian smiled widely, "Of course, I've been trying hard these past months. I even started to eat salad!"
"What kind of salad with tons of meat inside and a slice of carrot?" His mother teased him.
"MOM!" He sulked.
"Alright, alright," his mom patted his head, "Let's go home."
The door was abruptly opened from the outside.
"Doctor!" A nurse screamed as she pushed open the door. Her face paled.
"What is it?" Dr. Amber stood up and went to the door.
The nurse steadied her breath, "Your patient...room 49," she inhaled another breath, "She's on the roof!"
Just as she heard that, Dr. Amber stormed out of the room without hesitation.
People inside the room were confused except for Brian. He followed behind Dr. Amber.
His mother tried to stop him, "Brian, where are you going?"
"Participate, Mom!" He waved his hand said to his father, "Dad, take Mom home first, I'm busy!"
"Don't run!" His father warned him. He just smiled and headed to the elevator.
"I don't think this is a right time to participate," his mother muttered.

Just as Brian reached the roof, he saw a girl was standing on the edge of the building.
She was wearing a hospital gown, crying incessantly.
Dr. Amber tried to get closer.
"Stop," she said.
"Honey, please." A woman besides Dr. Amber pleaded.
"No, Ma. Just let me go," she wiped her tears.
"Hazel, didn't you promised me something last night?" This time Dr. Amber spoke, she took a step closer towards the girl.
'Hazel.' Brian came closer and stood besides the girl's mother.
"I'm sorry, I don't think I can keep it," she closed her eyes and lifted her feet as if she was ready to jump.
"No!" The girl's mother screamed.
As Brian saw the girl closed her eyes, he ran towards her and pulled her hands. The girl tried to push him but she suddenly slipped and started to fall. Brian grabbed her hands and the girl was hanging on top of the building while Brian struggling to lift her up.
"LET ME GO!" The girl screamed.
"NO!" Brian tightened his grip and called for help.
The girl scream as she was pulled upwards.
Just as she safely lifted and stood on the floor, her mother hugged her.
Brian smiled and then fainted.
