Okay so this may sound weird, but I really want Vicky and Rose to be secret friends or something simmilar.
Like just imagine, Rose and Vicky get paired up in a project, Rose is axcited as always and Vicky is more than displeased. However as she gets to know Rose a little better, the positivity starts to rub off on her and she slowly starts enjoying the Cinderella's company.
That dream of becoming a villain is almost forgotten about because of a simple friendship that could barely even be called that. Soon the two grow very close, but of course once the project is over they have to go back to their teams and act like nothing hapened.
So they came up with an idea to secretly hang out after school every chance they get so they can catch up. Untill they are eventually caught . . . or maybe not *wink*

So I really want this to hapen and let's just look at this from the perspective of the currently storyline we have for season 2 of RA.
The main thing I feel everyone is want is Ruby's return and the following episodes which all showcase a huge chance of us getting an entire arc full of episodes related to the Stepsister.
So if Ruby is gonna become the main villian for this story, why not give Vicky a redemption arc. Give her a moment to shine, a chance to explain her motives, her story, her perspective. Let Rose help her and turn her good, give her some positive energy.
Let Vicky keep her sassy attitude but at least let her be happy in some way. Let us wittness the drama between Astoria and Vicky and how it could all change.
I doubt this will hapen, but if I stay in this fandom long enough I might try to make a story like this.
Also I need to stop making all of these stories up, I already have like three books for RA planned with different stories and it's getting out of hand.
