Newsies visit Jumanji

The village

The boys eventually reached beautiful village. "Right so we need to lay low. Don't draw attention to yourself." Spot said walking around.

"Rations! Get your rations here!" a man called out.

"Come to think of it I do feel hungry " Elmer complained.

"Then go eat." Spot chuckled and leaded against a wall and fell over crashing into a box.

"Well what ever happened to laying low?" Race mocked chucking. Spot rolled his eyes and chucked too. The boys started to eat and laughed.

"This is good!" Jack smiled and kept eating. "What is it?" He asked

"Its my famous apple palm cake." The man smiled. Jack froze.

"C-Cake? Oh shoot." He looked at the other boys. "Is anything happening?" He looked down at is body. "Am I still me?!" he asked panicking.

"Jack chill!" Spot shouted. "You still look the same! So calm the hell down!" Jack nodded and calmed down before he suddenly exploded. The boys yelled out and hid their face.

"Oh my god!" Race yelled out. "So much for trying to lay low." He sighed. After a while Jack fell from the sky and crashed through a roof. The boys relaxed seeing him again. "Jack you are ok!" Race called out.

He looked up. "I'm not ok! I can't eat cake!" He called out. The boys all burst out laughing. "It's not funny!" He yelled out angry. The boys slowly calmed down and smiled. The was some noise down the path as the boys fell silent. A group who work with Van Pelt walked down the path. the boys knew what to do and started to slip away. Someone in the group spotted them. The group ran over to them and chased them down the paths until they were cornered. Spot thought fast and punched one who made a mistake of running to attack Race. Both the King and Elmer fought back the group and got away.

Someone ran over wearing a mask and waved at them. "Hey follow me!" He whispered. The boys shrugged and ran over to the person. They followed them down to a drain cover as he managed to close it just as the non beat up group ran over the cover. The person who helped them pulled off the mask.

"Crutchie!!" The boys called out happily and hugged him tightly. He chuckled and hugged them all back. "Ok guys! We need to get away from here. The guys from up there might come back." He chuckled as the boys pulled away. "Ok you boys need to follow me and do what ever I say." They nodded an started to follow him. He walked down a corridor with them close behind...
