Chapter 8

"Wait! Can I come with you?" I ask. He nods and I say goodbye to the others. The first five minutes are silence. "So how are you?" I ask. "Good... you?" "Same." Why is it so awkward? The fact that i have feelings for him makes it worse. After the kiss it has been really awkward between us. When we have fun it ends up him acting weird. "There's a party tomorrow and I was wondering if you wanted to come with me." He says. "Yes I'd like to" I smiled. "Good so I'll pick you up at eight thirty then." "Ok"

Calum bought the stuffs he needed and then he got the idea to make a keek.

"Hi guys! How are you? I'm out with Lin and wanted to say hi! Lin say hi" Calum turned the camera at me and said hi. "Hey don't you think that I'm cooler than Cal?" I say to the camera. "Shut up I'm always cooler than you. Ohhh! We have ten seconds left!" We both pretend that we're crying. We also did another keek because the plastic bag ripped and all the foods were on the ground. "This is not what I asked for!!" Calum said at the camera. "Cal shut up and help me with these" I say and he comes to help me. We walk home and I put the things on the kitchen table. "I'm gonna go now" I say and head to the door. "Ok, but don't forget about the party tomorrow at eight thirty" "Yeah yeah" I gave Cal a hug and left.

When I went home Dan was cooking. I stood in front of him and gave him a questioning look. "What?" he asked. "Who was that?" "Who"

"Don't act stupid Dan! The girl that you made out with this morning?" I asked. It really annoyes me that he hasn't told me anything! We have always been so close since we were little kids.

"What does it matter to you? It's not like you haven't been fucking with those boys that you're with all the time!!!" He shouted at me. What the fuck? We barely fight and he has always trusted me with these "boy" things. "You shit I haven't done anything!! I've just spent time with them and nothing else.WHO KNOWS WHAT YOU'VE DONE! YOU BARELY COME HOME AT NIGHTS YOU'RE ALWAYS OUT AND THIS MORNING I FIND YOU IN OUR KITCHEN MAKING OUT WITH A BITCH!" I've never said anything like this to him. But I have every right to! My mouth almost drops when I see some beer bottles on the table. Is he drunk at the moment? Well... It looks like he is. "Are you drunk?! Is that why you're a dick now?!" I shout and ask him. "It's not your fucking business! Stop being a slut!" I started crying. I know that I just called him names but I just haven't seen him like that EVER! "You know mom called me yesterday and said that she doesn't think it's good for you to stay here. She said that she might send you back there. I said that you're doing fine but I think I'm gonna call her back and tell her that she's right." He said in a calm tone. No! He wouldn't. I took a step closer to him. "You are not making any decisions for me and you never will." I say and it comes out almost as a whisper. Then I turn around and walk to my room and lock the door. I lay down on my bed and start crying. If he really sends me back to Liverpool I'll never forgive him! I was so angry that I grapped my phone and called the bitch that is my mom. She answered soon.

"Arlene darling how are you?" She sounds so happy

"Listen, if you ever want to make decisions for me I'm the one that you talk to about it and no one else! And by the way, if you think that I'll ever come back there then you're fucking wrong and wasting your time! I'm done with your shit!!!" I shout and hung up. It felt good to say that to her. I cry more and then my phone starts ringing. I really don't want to listen to my mom so I decide to turn it off but then I notice that it's not her it's Mike. I try my best to sound normal. Before I could say anything Mike spoke " Ash, Luke forgot his phone. Could you find him and tell him that?"

"Mike it's me." I said quietly so he wouldn't notice that I've cried

"Oh right sorry! Wait.. Have you cried? Is everything ok?" he sounded worried

"Yeah but it's nothing. I'm fine."

"No I'll be there now bye!" He hung up before I manage to say that he shouldn't come if Dan is here. I heard the doorbell ringing so I ran to the door and opened it. Mikey enterd the house and put his arms around me. I started crying again but this time someone was there to rub my back and comfort me. He closed the door and I looked around to see where Dan is but when I saw the place where he usually leaves his keys was empty I knew he had left. Thank god!! "So will you tell me what's wrong?" Mikey asked. For a while I had forgotten that he was here. I leaded us to the living-room and sat on the couch. I told him everything like how me and Dan were at kids and how much we protect each others and I told him how lately he has gone to parties and I cought him drunk today and all the things he said to me today. To be fair I told him what I also said. Mike comforted me and it felt good to have someone to talk to. He said that we should watch a disney movie because they always help when you're sad. During brave Mikey asked me a weird question "Are you and Luke still just friends?" "No.. We're..Bestfriends. Why are you asking that?" "I don't know. It just came in my mind" The movie ended and I was really tired. Mike said that if I'll be okay tonight and I answered honestly no. I was scared that Dan would come home drunk and do something. "I can stay the night if you want." He offered. "Really? You would?"

"Yes but if it's ok for you"

"Yes I'd be so happy if you would. Thank you!" I huggeg him.

I made his bed in my room next to my bed. Mikey said that he's not tired enough to fall asleep so I suggested him to follow some fans. He liked my idea and started tweeting and following fans. I closed my eyes and fell asleep...
