At Manjot's place

Sameeksha's POV
"Nhi nhi, pyaar nhi hua" I said quickly, "bas pasand hai" I said.

"Lekin jo abhi tumne bataya usse to yehi lag raha ke pyaar ho gaya usse" Manjot said.

I shook my head.

They looked at each other; after a couple of seconds Bandana smirked and Manjot nodded.

Manjot did something on his phone, "Sameeksha yeh dekhna zara" He said giving me his phone. I looked at screen. It was a picture of Abhishek in formals, maybe he clicked it before going to some cricket event.

I smiled looking at him.

Manjot snatched his phone, "arey" I said looking up.

"Dekh rhi ho Bandana?" Manjot asked her, she hummed, "gaal laal ho gey madam ke" Bandana said. I touched my cheeks.

"Umm...k...kya matlab?" I asked, "matlab tumne usko dekhke blush kia" Manjot said, "aur matlab tumhe usse pyaar ho gaya hai. Bas nautanki kar rhi ho ke sirf pasand hai" Bandana said.

"Dekho, yeh mere saath pehli baar hua hai, to mujhe kucch khaas nhi pata iss sab ke bareme" I defended myself. "Haan haan, ham dono ne to PhD kar rakhi hai" Bandana said.

"Yaar kardo na help...samajh nhi aa raha kya ho raha hai mujhe" I said, Bandana smiled. "Accha bata kya help kare" She asked.

"Pata nhi" I said. Bandana sighed.

"Ab tumhe help bhi chahiye par kucch bata bhi nhi rahi" Manjot said.

"Sameeksha jokes apart" Manjot said grabbing my attention, "Abhishek pyaar karne wale ladko me se nhi hai. Usse tumhe handle karna hoga. Maybe he likes you but, jitna tum aage badh chuki ho, utna woh nhi badha" He said, "flirt woh sabke saath karta hai. Tum uske lie special ho yeh sach hai, par usse yeh samjhana tumhe hoga" He said.

I hummed. "So...all the best" He said, I smiled.

"Koi bhi help chahiye, we're there for you" He said, I nodded.

Manjot's POV
The next day Bandana was staying in Hospital for two extra hours. Sameeksha went home early so she asked me to pick her up.

She was talking to some of her friends when I finally called her.

"Left me dekho" I said, she looked at her left. "Oh" She smiled, "kabse wait kar raha hu, chalna nhi hai?" I asked. "Change karke aati hu" She said, "isme best lag rhi ho" I said. She smiled.

She was wearing her camoflauge uniform, and trust me, that suits her the best. I was feeling so proud of her.

I decided to go to her.

"Oh my God!!! Are you Manjot Kalra?" Her friend asked. I smiled awkwardly and nodded. I mean, why would you ask such questions when you actually recognise me!?

"Ek selfie please" She asked. I nodded and clicked selfies with all of them, one by one.

I looked at Bandana, begging for help as her friends were making me feel hell uncomfortable. She smiled.

"Accha ham chalte hai" She said. "Ham?" Her friends asked. "Umm, yeah" She said. "Ham matlab?" One of them asked. "Ham, as in me aur Manjot" Bandana replied.

"Tum dono...saathme...like...woh wali baat hai?" A girl asked. Bandana blushed a bit. "Kal bataungi" She said, "haan wahi baat hai. We are dating" I said looking at Bandana. She blushed even more.

"Arey bataya kyu nhi? Ham jija ji ka acche se swagat karte" They said. I chuckled. "Agli baar sahi, abhi bye. Kal milte hai" Bandana said grabbing my wrist and leaving.

We were walking towards the car and I was staring at her. "Please don't" Bandana said cutely. I smiled and looked away.

"Guess what" I said sitting on driver's seat, she looked at me. "Bhai aur Bhabhi ne ek bacchi adopt karli" I said.

"What? Sacchi?? Kitne saal ki?" She asked excitingly, "few weeks old...shayad 14 weeks" I said.

"How come?" She asked, "don't know, bas adopt karli. Itni sundar hai na, kya batau. Kal hi laae" I said, "mujhe bhi dekhna hai" She said. "Dekho" I said giving her my phone.

"Which album?" She asked, "uske naam se banai hai ek, Prisha" I said.

"Haye rabba!!!! Kitni pyaari hai" She said, I chuckled. "Ghar chalo, milvata hu" I said.

"Ghar? Uniform me?? Nhi nhi, sab darr jaenge. Pehli baar ese thodi milungi" She said. "Uniform me best rahega, aur me tumse permission nhi maang raha, bata raha hu ke tum aa rhi ho" I said.

We reached home in few minutes.

Bandana's POV
We entered the bungalow. Manjot introduced me with his family members. I greeted them all and then lastly Champ came running towards me.

"Champ!!" I said loudly and picked him up. "Chachi" He whispered in my ear, making me blush. I looked at Manjot, who was smirking.

"Kya lag rhi ho" He said, I chuckled.

"Betho na beta" Manjot's mother said. I nodded and was about to sit when Manjot stopped me. "Me tumhe apna room dikhata hu" He said. I looked at his mother, she smiled and signed me to go. I nodded and we left.
