The drug

Abhishek's POV
I immediately went to Sameeksha's place when she told me about Bandana.

I opened the door of the bedroom. "Bandana?" I called her, nobody was replying. As soon as I turned to leave, I heard someone crying. I looked carefully and found her sitting on the floor.

"Bandana!!" I ran towards her, "Abhay Banna" She said and hugged me. "Bas Bandana" I tried to calm her down, "me aa gaya hu, ab rona mat" I caressed her hair, "tum jaanti ho na me sab theek kar dunga?" I asked, she hummed in response.

I made her sit on the bed and gave her a glass of water.

"Mene Manj..." I said but she cut me off, "nhi...uska naam mat lo. Woh yaha aa jaega...aur firse..." She said, "Bandana" I said cupping her face, "agar woh aaya bhi to me hu na yaha pe? Me kucch nhi hone dunga tumhe" I said.

We heard the door opening, she held my hand tightly, we both started looking at the door.

It was Sameeksha.

"Lo, isse darr rhi thi tum?" I asked Bandana, she chuckled a bit. I smiled. "Ese hassti raha karo, tumhare paas dimple hai to usse show off karo" I said, "mere paas nhi hai, kaash hota, me bhi show off karta" I made a puppy face.

She started laughing. "Tum vese hi hot ho" She said, "I know right!! Tabhi to isse pata lia" I whispered looking at Sameeksha. She laughed again. Sameeksha made a face.

"Breakfast kia?" I asked, she shook her head. "Chalo, me breakfast karata hu tumhe, mene khud bhi nhi kiya. Punjabi breakfast kare aaj?" I asked, "tumhari diet?" She asked. "Ek din Rahul Sir se daant kha lunga, chalo ab" I said.

She nodded and got ready. While leaving, I signed Sameeksha to come out of the room.

"Time lagega. Yeh jaldi nhi bhoolne wali, jhatka laga hai isko" I said. "Tum iske aas paas rahoge to jaldi normal ho jaegi" She said. "I know, I'll try my best" I said. She nodded.

"Tumhe Mandy ka blood test karna hoga, aur pata karna hoga ke uske blood me kucch gadbad hai ya nhi" I said, "me Bandana ko breakfast karne le jaata hu, tab takk tum Mandy ka blood sample le lena" She nodded.

Bandana and I were at a Punjabi restaurent, waiting for our breakfast to come.

"Paji, tuhadda order" the waiter said, I thanked him. "Oye, yeh baat ham dono ke beech rehni chahiye. Bahar kisiko pata chala mene bhature khae hai to laat marke team se bahar fenk denge" I said in a low voice.

Bandana chuckled and nodded. We had breakfast and left.

Sameeksha's POV
"Test ho gaya?" Abhishek asked, I nodded. "Mandy ko drug diya tha" I said giving him the reports. "MDMA?" He asked reading the first page.

I hummed, "Kisi drink me milake dia" I said. "MDMA se esa ho sakta hai?" He asked making a confused face, "it depends. Kabhi kabhi hota hai. Kucch logo pe kam asar hota hai, kucch pe zada. Mandy pe zada hua, in fact uski body me yeh drug at least agle 5 hours takk rahega" I said.

"Fuck. Aaj hi to medical tests hone the hamare" He said, "Mandy woh tests nhi de sakta. Agar die, to reports me pakka aa jaega, Mandy ka career khatam kar denge" I said looking at him.

"Ek baat aur, jisne yeh diya usko Mandy ke bareme boht acche se pata tha. Uski body pe yeh kese react karega, kitni der takk karega, sab" I said, "to kisi pehchaan wale ne diya?" He asked, "shayad" I replied.

"Okay thank you" He said hugging me, "baadme milta hu, abhi medical tests ka dekhna hai" He said leaving.
