Chapter Eleven

(Joes Pov)

I woke up sweating and screaming from a night terror. Alison was next to me asking in panic if I was alright. I stopped screaming and just burst into tears.

"Joe please don't cry, try to take your mind off of it" she pleaded wrapping her arms around me.

After a few minutes I calmed down still resting my head on Alison's shoulder. I then pulled away and softly kissed her lips.

"Are you okay? What was the dream about?" She asked while running her hands through my hair.

"Honestly, I don't even want to talk about it..." I said blankly staring at the bed sheets

"It's alright but I just get so worried and it hurts me when you get scared, hurt or upset"

I held her hands.

"Never be worried about me, im fine"

Alison (POV)

The two words I didn't trust to leave Joe Sugg's lips. 'I'm fine'. Running away. Hospital Visits.Nightmares nearly every night. Surely doesn't sound fine to me.

"Are you sure you're fine though? You seem really stressed lately"

"Just YouTube stuff, the pressure of making constant videos and the anxiety from all the hate from people" he said twiddling his thumbs

I kissed his lips softly but passionately

"Then maybe give it a break and focus on better things like your family and friends and most importantly, yourself"

"God" He said with a grin

"What?" I said in confusion

"How did I get so lucky to have met a such a smart and beautiful girl like you" He said with a smile

"I'm not really that smart" I said with a small blush

He leant in and whispered into my ear

"I love you Alison"

I froze.

Did he really just say that

What do I say now?

Shit. Better think of something fast Alison

But before I could say anymore, his lips were trailing slowly down my neck.

"Joe... I"

"Shhhhhh" He said before returning to my neck

After a couple of minutes I had three love bites along the right side of my neck and Joe was still continuing.

"Joe.." I said pulling him away "As much as I love this, i'm pretty sure Conor and Jack are coming over in about 10 minutes"

"Fine but it doesn't mean we can continue this later" He said with a wink before walking over to his wardrobe

"I'm going to leave now" I said covering my eyes

"You don't have to" He said before pulling me back by my waist and throwing me on the bed and pinning my arms to the bed

"Joe! Get off!" I screamed at him trying to get free from his grasp

"Fine fine fine"

I then walked out of his room and into mine to get changed.

The rest of the day was quite like any other day to be honest. Jack, Joe, Connor and I all went shopping then came home and watched the first season of Stranger Things. Then they both left which then led to me and joe's current position, cuddling in bed.

"You feeling better tonight" I said while Joe softly kissed my forehead

"A lot better, I think just having chill days like this feels best for me"

"That's good" I said returning my eyes to the tv

The show finished and I got off the bed to walk out the door

"Where are you going?" Joe said with his puppy dog eyes

"Didn't you want to play Fortnite?" I said signalling to the lounge room

"Can't we do something else" He said with a smirk 

"Like what?" I said grinning

"I have one thing in mind....."
