3rd person pov
It was a normal day in the Glade and like every other day Gracie was greeted by her best freind every morning
"GET UP GRACIE"April,her best freind shouted "NOOOOOO it's to early it's still dark" Gracie replied. "no it's not it's morning Gracie get up"
"well it's morning if you close the window or if I do this"she said as she pulled the covers over her head.
"Fine,"April said with a smirk,"be like that I'll just go get newt and we'll find Thomas and ......"
"April don't you.."
"And me and newt can just tell him all about "
"don't you shucking dare April"
"your little CRU..."April started before gracies hand went over her mouth.
"ok ok I'm up just never do that again you slinthead"
"we both know that I'm not making any promises now hurry up I'm starving and we're gonna miss breakfast!",April said"and your gonna miss your chance of getting a seat with thhhoommmmmaaasss"she said sing songley
"That is not funny April and your the one who should be in a rush to eat your boyfriend's face"
*April and newt had been dating for as long as they could remember and Thomas being April's brother approved. Gracie and April were best friends so April knew right away about Gracie's crush and couldn't help but ship it. But Gracie just couldn't admit to Thomas that she liked him she couldn't help but think he didn't feel the same way and even if he did her brother minho would do who knows what and that was just it ....she didn't know how he would react. *
"Gracie!!!!" April whined"how long does it take to put on your shoes let's
Go!!!"
"Ok ok I'm coming !!!!"
As they were siting April brought up a very important topic
"So is today the day or what"?
"What?" Gracie replied
"Oh you know....just the day you tellthomasyoulikehimsoyoutoocanstartdatingalready"april said fast so Gracie wouldn't hear
"What are you talking about April I can barley understand you!?!?"
"Are you going to tell Thomas you like him yet or what of been waiting forever for my ship to sail and if I have to row it myself I will!!!!"
"What are you crazy what if he doesn't even like me!?"
"Oh please you too are so oblivious of course he likes you"
"April's right tommy really likes you"they heard newt chime in as he sat next to april
"Newt!!!" April and Gracie both said with arms crossed
"Well he does you're all he ever talks about"
"Ever who talks about?" Minho and Thomas said at the same time
"Nothing are we still doing that thing later?"April said
"What thing?" Gracie replied
"None of you guys told her?" April asked all the boys stared blankly in reply
*Sigh* "boys" April and Gracie said
"Hey" they all said
"Well tonight we're going to the deadheads to play a game of.....truth or dare"April said smirking
"Although I looovveee you shuck faces company I have a meeting with Alby that I'm late too so I can't make it"minho said as he got up.
"Ya ya minho don't lose your hair stressing over it"Gracie called
April looked over to newt and they both looked at each other with the same expression knowing exactly what to do next.
"Oh love didn't we have to do that thing "
"Oh ya the thing"April replied
"What thing"Gracie asked
"Oh nothing we just have to um"
"We have to go plan for our game tonight isn't that right love?"
"Ya that's the thing" april said not before deciding to tease Gracie and Thomas .
"We also might hold hands and tell each other how much we love the other..."
Newt caught on and turned to Thomas
"And we might cuddle and ki...."
"Ok ok we get it but make shure you stay at least 5 feet away from April at all times"Thomas said glaring at newt
April just laughed and pulled along newt leaving Thomas and Gracie siting at the table .....all...alone.
Gracie's.pov
April can be so what's the word I'm looking for well she can be.....a .....minho yes she can be a real minho and I know exactly what she did leaving with newt like that to leave me with Thomas . Then he turned to me "so has April told you anything umm new yet?" He said his face was a little red wait was he blushing ? No he couldnt be blushing aww but he did look cute wait no focus Gracie he asked you a question "umm no just about the game..... so are you uh going later?"
"Um ya I'm going good thing that sassy brother of yours isn't though he'd find a way to embarrass all of us tonight"
"Ya", I laughed "and he won't be so protective either "
"Oh no he's minho he'll find a way lucky April she has me and I'm not protective one bit"
"Oh yes you are",I laughed at his comment,"you are insanely protective over April when I first got here you would barley even let her around any boy let alone newt and you were with us whenever we hung out until minho found out I was his sister and you turned to him and taught him all your very important brotherly wisdom"
"Well April was really little and all these boys here and you being minhos sister I had to teach him and protect you too"
I looked at him and he sighed
"Ok you win I'm a little protective"
I laughed and said "I told you so"
"Well I kind of have to"he replied
"But you don't have to protect me your not my brother"
"No but I do have to"
"Why?"
"Because I care about you I would never want anything to happen to you I would never forgive myself"
I slowly wrapped my arms around him in a hug and he hugged back"thank you " I whisper
We sat there for a couple of seconds before we heard a cough I looked up to see minho hands on his hips glaring at Thomas.
April's POV
"Damnit minho!!!!"I exclaimed me and newt had been watching Gracie and Thomas from outside. "They were so close SOOO close were we that awkwardly cute?"
"Oh ya you were a ball of awkwardness and I blame Tommy he's the one who taught minho protective brother 101"
"Believe me I know let's keep looking watching I wanna see what happens"
Gracies POV
"What do you think your doing Thomas?and Gracie care to explain?"
I rolled my eyes at my brother "we were just ..."
Thomas interrupted "calm down minho it's me you can trust me we were just hugging and nothing more"
Nothing more I thought was that really what he felt how can he be so dense!!!why can't he see how much I love him......I love him...and he doesn't know because I don't have the guts to tell him ....just great "I have to go I have something I need to do"I said just before I got up to go back to me and aprils room.(of course being the only girls they get their own)
3rd person POV
Gracie head back to their room only to find April there
"Hey",April began"I saw what happened are you okay?"
"Ya I'm fine it's nothing to be upset about"
"Are you sure?do you wanna talk about it?'
"I'm sure but even more sure of one thing"
"And whats that?"
"I want to tell him Not yet but soon I'm not sure when but..no interfering okay?"
"Ya and That's great Gracie I'm really proud of you"April said as she hugged Gracie but what she didn't know was that April's fingers were crossed she knew exactly what to do

Everyone had arrived in the deadends and April has explained her plan to newt
"Ok",she instructed"darling I'm going to get Gracie to do dare and I'm going to dare her to do any dare I give her no matter what then youre going to get Thomas to sit next to Gracie after that you or I will get Gracie to admit her feelings if she says truth then we'll ask her if she has a crush on anyone which we already know if she picks dare which I know she won't well date her to tell the person she likes she likes them aka Thomas "
"Ok but love what if tommy goes first while playing the game?"
"Then we'll do the same thing but I know my brother and he's bound to pick dare so we'll dare him to kiss the person he has a crush on aka Gracie "
"Good that,you know love your pretty devious when it comes to match making"
"I know but you love me for it anyways"
"True now my love shall we go set up these love birds once and for all?"
"We shall"April said as he grabbed her hand and they walked over to where Gracie and Thomas were
*Time skip*(again because I can)
"Gracie"April began"truth or dare?"
"Ummm dare"
"I dare you to do any dare I give you from here on out"April smiled as Gracie silently cursed herself
"Ok April truth or dare"
"Dare"
"I dare you to talk in an accent whenever your around newt for the next 5 days starting now"
"Fine" now it was newts turn
"Tommy truth or dare?"
"Dare"
"I dare you to sit as closely with Gracie as possible"
"U-umm o-ok "Thomas said turning red and glaring at newt as he laughed
Thomas scooted closer to Gracie so close you'd think they were connected by the hip both of them were blushing madley.
"Newt truth or dare?"Thomas asked
"Dare"newt replied
"Hmmm"Thomas thought to himself and turned to Gracie for help she turned to him and whisperd "newt i dare you to run around the Glade screaming "were all bloody inspired"!!
"Slinthead" newt said before doing his dare
"Gracie truth or dare?"
"Truth"
"Do you .....like anyone?"
"April you.."
"Bu bu bu answer the question"
"Yes I do"
"Thank you Thomas tr-"
Thomas cut her of and said "I just remembered I have to um help fry with something"he walked of certain Gracie didn't mean him newt walked back and asked "what did I miss?'
April replied"in think we messed up"
Gracie went after him and found him sitting by a log in the forest
Gracies POV
'Hey are you okay ?" I asked
"Um ya I just um"Thomas replied
I sat down next to him
"You know you can talk to me I care about you, you know"
"It's nothing really it's stupid"
"No tell me if it's enough to make you upset then it's not stupid"
"I just ....when you said you liked someone I ....I was sure it wasn't .."
"It wasn't what?"
"I can't really explain it but if I tried something right now don't freak out okay?'
"Okay but what are you..." He held a finger to my lips and inched closer and as he did so did I we were so close I didnt know what to do but what happened next....he did and I felt his lips against mine they were warm and filled me with comfort and reassurance his arms wrapped around my waist and my hands around his neck thays when I heard
"YES!!!!!" April jumped out from the bushes and yelled fist pumped in the air "my ship has sailed !!!!! I told you newt!!!"
"I never qeastioned it love"
"I know but the ship is sailed and I'm SOOO happy finally!!!!'
"APRIL!!!" I called out to her she looked at me and walked over
"Yyyeesssss"she said innocently
"What did I tell you?"
"Not to interfere "
"And what did you do?"
"I interfered"she said smugly
I glared her and finally said "your the best you slinthead but I'm getting you back for this "
"I know shuck face"
"Now can we have some privacy please?"
"Of course of course "April said walking away towards the bush
"April!!!!"
"Yes?!" She replied
"I meant total privacy no bushes!!"
"What bu-" she said as newt picked her up over his shoulder and carried her out of sit but we still heard"BUT THE SHIP SAILED MY OTP !!!!"
I laughed and turned to Thomas hugging him as he hugged me "I love you thomas"
"I love you too"he replied
We spent the rest of the night just like that under the stars and cuddling.

*The next morning at breakfast*
"YOU SHANKS WHAT THE SHUCK DID YOU DO !?!?" Minho had just heard about Gracie and Thomas and freaked
"Oh heeeyyy minho"they all said
"Do you shanks care to explain?"
"Well you see minho"Gracie started "I love Thomas and he loves me so we're dating now"
Minho just looked at her like she was crazy "nope " he said and carried her over his shoulder "not happening you can't have her!!!!" Minho ran of until 20 minutes later Thomas finally got her back "fine shanks have fun eating each other's faces" "ok"Gracie replied Thomas and Gracie leaned in only to be stopped by kissing minhos cheeks "nope"
"But minho you don't do this to April"
"Your right I don't......until now"
Minho grabbed April and Gracie and newt and Thomas spent the rest of the day chasing after minho
