I covered my lips in shock as my mouth dropped, confusion completely taking over. 'This.... This is why everyone hated... Naruto.....' I thought to myself, shivering as he went in to an all out rage against Haku, shattering every mirror the boy appeared in. Haku tried pelting him with senbon, but his body once again rejected them. He shattered another mirror, landing on his hands and feet, and jumping side to side as Haku tried to take him out. Before Haku could go back into his mirror, Naruto grabbed his wrist and slung him out, his Chakra exploding around him. It was like a heat wave hit us. I clenched my eyes shut and buried my head back into Sasuke's hair, whimpering in fear. The mirrors began to shatter around us, enabling escape, but I wasn't about to move while Naruto was raging. Naruto reared his fist back, and throwing it forward, punching Haku right through his own jutsu. The whole dome collapsed, leaving me shaking and bewildered. Naruto stayed still for a moment. I felt a lump form in my throat, but not from tears. The fear just clawed at me. This was not who Naruto was.... Naruto took off again, rearing his fist back again.
Haku's mask shattered, and fell to the ground, showing the woman-er- boy from the forest. Naruto stopped, his fist inches from hitting him. The blood lust in the air disappeared and I found it easier to breath. "So... that guy in the woods.... that was you?!" Naruto exclaimed, panting roughly.
"Why do you not strike?" Haku asked, gazing down at Naruto as blood seeped out from his mouth.
"Huh?" Naruto hummed, confused.
"Did you not just vow to avenge your comrades death by killing me?" Haku asked, his eyes showing defeat. "Or was that vow just empty words?" Naruto looked back at us, and turned back as he struggled with himself. He growled angrily and punched Haku again, knocking him back again. Haku leaned back up, spitting blood out from his mouth as Naruto panted. "No. That won't do...." Haku said. "You're still holding back... If that is all the strength you can put into it then... Perhaps he didn't mean as much to you as you intend." I listened to Haku tell Naruto about his Kekkei Genkei and the Land of Water. "For years, my mother was successful in hiding her bloodline trait. She met and fell in love with a simple farmer. And they were married. And after that, my mother thought she would lead a peaceful life to the end of her days."
Haku told us about discovering his Kekkei Genkai, and his mother scolding him harshly for it. My heart hammered as I thought about it. My mother had been proud of her bloodline trait, but the village tried everything to get us killed. "My father had seen everything, he knew our secret, my mothers and mine." Haku told us about his father trying to kill him, leading to the death of his father, and everyone included.
Haku went into detail about how Zabuza made him necessary and wanted. Haku had found a father figure in Zabuza as I did Kakashi. We were one in the same, the same past, the same reason to live, but on completely opposite sides of a coin. "I have failed you, Zabuza... I am like a weapon that had been broken.... And it is of no further use...." Haku whispered. "Naruto...." He started, making Naruto look at him.
"..... Kill Me....."
