Molly Weasley was, as usual, running around the house yelling at her children, "Ginny, Bill, Ron, Carlie, PERCY!!" She was stood at the bottom of the steps yelling up at all of them. She was looking in my direction as they all came down the stairs. I walked to stand closer to her and she yelled, "Finley is here!" She walked over to me and pulled me close, "Hello! Darling! How are you? You look like you've grown so much since last Christmas" She continued to hug me tight and smiled brightly, "Just give the rest of that lot a few minutes, they will be down here!" She released me and bustled back to he kitchen.
The first Weasley kid down the steps was Ginny. She grabbed me abruptly and spun me around. This was fairly easy since she, along with the rest of the Weasleys, was larger than me. She smiled happily and pulled away, “Merlin, Fin! Did you get my letters?”
I shook my head quickly, “I only got Fred and Georges letters! Not even Harry or Hermione sent me a letter!” I looked up at her and gave her a sad smile, “It’s okay though! I’m just glad that you sent the letters!”
“Are you staying in my room, “ Ginny asked with a smile on her face.
“Yeah, I figured I would, when is hermione getting here?”
“Next week.”
The next Weasley down the stairs was Ron. He gave me a weak smile and walked over to me to hug me carefully. He was still long and lanky with his fiery red hair and freckles, “Hey, Fin, how was summer?”
“Boring!” I laughed and looked up at him, “How has yours been?”
He shrugged and pulled away from the hug shoving his hands in his pocket, “Boring as usual.” He suddenly grinned as though a happy thought popped into his mind, “We have the Quidditch cup in a few days though!”
I nodded with a bright grin and hugged him once more as Charlie made his way down the stairs. I hadn’t seen him as much due to his work, but he was always very nice when he saw me, sort of like a brother. He walked over and hugged me, “Hello Fin!”
“Hello Charlie!” I smiled happily and hugged back , “How are you doing?”
“Ah, Same old!” He smiled and pulled away.
Bill came down the stairs quickly and picked me up hugging me tightly, “Hey Fin! How are you??” He asked loudly hugging me so tight I felt like I couldn’t breathe. Bill had always taken a liking to me. Hugging me whenever he got the chance, making sure I was okay. One time he even hit George for pulling a prank on me the first time I ever came to their house.
“Merlin, Bill, you are gonna kill me!” I breathed heavily and pushed myself from his embrace, “How have you been?”
“Fantastic! It’s been a busy summer! Things will wind down soon though!” He hugged me once again before Percy came down.
Percy walked up to me and awkwardly shook my hand, “Hello, Finley..” He had the same look on his face that he always did. Boring. He sighed and didn’t say much before walking back up to his room, not bothering to adjust the stick that was up his ass, as usual.
I smiled to myself as I walked back to the kitchen where Mrs. Weasley was cooking a fairly larger lunch, "Hello Dear! I think Fred and George went upstairs!"
I bit my lip and sat down at the table, "I was actually wondering If I could talk to you Mrs. Weasley.."
She looked over from the pot she was cooking in and nodded,"Sure! What is it?"
"Well, my Father has been acting fairly strange lately and he won't tell me why. It there something going on at the ministry?" I knew Mr. Weasley worked there and might have some idea as to what was going on.
"Well, I can't exactly tell you what is going on. It is a good thing. It is just very stressfull on the adults putting it together." She smiled at me and looked back down to her cooking. She sighed, "It will all be okay though. You will soon see."
I nodded slowly and looked down at the table, "Thank you anyways, Mrs. Weasley."
She gave me a bright smile and nodded, "Don't mention it Fin! Now, why don't you go make sure the boys aren't making any trouble!"
I smiled softly and stood up, "Okay, " I finally made my way up the stairs towards the boys bedroom and pushed the door open to see them setting on George's bed with very serious faces on.
"Ah, Dear Finley, we have been awaiting your presence." Fred had his hands folded in an official mannor smirking softly at me, "Please, Sit." He scooted to the side to give me room to sit inbetween them. I took my seat in between the two as they began to eye me with a smirk.
"What are you doing?" I asked tilting my head to the side a bit confused.
"Well, you know that Fred and I, " George said pointing between Fred and himself, "Have always been pranking. Together."
I nodded slowly and looked them both up and down, "Yes?"
Fred let out a sigh and pushed George, "We need a business partner. Someone to help us with creating out product, due to the fact that we are both failing potions, which is probably the key ingredient to our most popular products." He had this look on his face that literally made me want to punch him. I wouldn't though. Especially if I could make some money.
"Okay." I smirked a bit knowing that this could be good.
"Don't forget, Lee is working with us too." Fred crossed his arms.
"I want 1/4 of the profit. No bullcrap either, we are making quality stuff! I swear if I find out you are overpricing it and not giving me some of the extra money I will kill you, are we clear," I asked looking at both of them with the most serious face I could pull.
"Deal." They both spoke at the same time and each took one of my hands shaking it.
"Alright boys, lets make some profit." I smirked.
