Hanji told us where to go and what time to be back in the classroom. Some of the groups were inside the classroom while some were outside of the classroom. Obviously, Levi and I were outside of the classroom. I don't know exactly where we were, but if Levi does, I guess that's all that matters.

He had the clipboard and pieces of paper. I demanded that he give them to me, but of course, he didn't. I sat there tapping my pencil on the floor while he sat there not doing shit.

I groaned in frustration and glared at him. "Look, if you aren't going to write shit down, give it to me. We only have seven minutes and we need a page and a half."

He just looked at me with a blank expression. "We both know I'm a better writer," I added. "I'm not being arrogant-"

He cut me off by scoffing. I just continued what I was trying to say. "I'm not being arrogant about it, I'm just saying writing is the one of two things I'm good at. Everything else I suck at. And if you're going to sit there like a bitch being mad, then just give me the damn papers."

He reluctantly handed over the clipboard while staring coldly at me. "Thank you," I muttered with annoyance in my voice.

My hand started moving with my pencil and I was writing down what my mind came up with. I'm pretty sure I was doing all the work by now.

I got the first page done and got my phone out of my pocket. "We have five minutes till we need to get back."

Levi grabbed the clipboard without saying a word. I saw him reading the first page. He then pulled it out from the clip and put it underneath the paper we haven't used.

I was going to ask him to give it back when I saw that he started to write. I leaned against the wall and closed my eyes. I hated how bitchy both of us were acting, but I didn't really know what to do. He wouldn't listen to me.

I felt the clipboard drop in my lap and I opened my eyes. I looked down at what he wrote and read. I wanted to smile while reading what he wrote, but I forced myself not to. I put the papers in the correct order and checked my phone.

"Four minutes." My eyes opened wide when I said that. "Four minutes..." I looked at Levi with a surprised look on my face. "You wrote a full page in a fucking minute?"

"Yeah."

"Damn Levi. That's good," I complimented, facing away from him. "It took me about two minutes to write one full page."

The silence bothered me. I was the last person to say something while he gave me a one word answer. At least it wasn't 'Ok' or something.

I looked at my phone again. Still four minutes. Was it me or was time moving slower? Thanks a lot, time, you suck. Fucking slut.

I sighed and looked at Levi. "Are you really mad about what happened?"

His eyes looked into mine when I said that. I didn't want to look into his eyes, but I made myself do it. "No."

"Then what is wrong with you?"

He sighed and looked away."I don't know. Today is just a blur."

Three minutes. "I left because I had to," I quietly told him after a while. He looked at me and I moved my eyes away from him. I didn't have the courage to face him.

"What the fuck do you mean by 'You had too?' No one-" He cut himself off. I don't know why and I wasn't going to ask.

I laughed harshly. "I'm not going to explain it to you if you don't understand." I finally had the courage to look at him. I wanted to give him a glare, but I couldn't. "I thought you out of all people would understand. But if you don't, I'm not going to waste my precious time I won't ever get back telling you."

Two minutes. "Tch. Whatever. I honestly couldn't care less."

"You obviously think I'm an idiot, Levi," I snapped, finally glaring at him. "If you didn't care you wouldn't have asked what I meant."

He glared at me too. "Just because I asked doesn't mean I care, brat. Get over yourself."

One minute. Damn time, slow down. "Says the guy who tried to kiss me and is mad I ran off."

He stood up and walked away with his fist clenched. I gathered the stuff and quickly caught up to him. I kept my distance behind him and walked quietly. I think I pissed him off, but it's not my fault he can't accept the truth.

"So he's the stupid ignorant person," I mumbled quietly to myself.

"What did you say?" Levi asked me in a pissed off tone.

"Nothing. I was thinking out loud. Nothing to shit your pants about, Mr. Clean."

He gave me a look that made me a little scared and continued walking.

When we got in, Hanji was excited to read what everyone had come up with. Especially when it came to Levi and I.

Whenever we walked in, I set the clipboard on her desk without saying a word. She tried to say something to me, but I ignored her and walked away.

I walked to my desk and sat farther to the left away from Levi. It was clear to Hanji that we were trying to keep our distance from each other.

Her eyes flickered to Levi then me, then at Levi again. She sighed and stood up in front of the class.

"So, seven minutes wasn't enough for some of you," she stated with some annoyance, looking around the class. "There people who only finished one page which is not what I wanted."

The class stayed silent. "Some of you wrote two full pages which is wonderful. If you can do that in seven minutes, I wonder what you could do in five."

Part of the class groaned. I was apart of that part. "Oh come on!" She sighed. "We won't do it today if that's what you guys are thinking."

Some of the class sighed in relief. I wasn't apart of the some. "But overall," Hanji continued, "some of you guys did well under pressure."

"Iris!" Ms. Hanji called out while I was packing up. I looked up at her. "Stay a minute will you?"

I groaned and looked next to Levi. "I guarantee this is about you," I whispered harshly.

"Be quiet you brat." He put his backpack over his shoulder and stood up. "Try to use your brain if you have one and think about what she says."

He moved in closer to me. "If you say that we finished it about three minutes and we worked decent together, you won't be happy." He walked away while I burned two holes in the back of his head.

I got up and walked up to Ms. Hanji who had a smile on her face. "Iris!" she exclaimed.

"What?" I asked with a blank expression.

"How are you?"

"Cut to the chase Hanji."

She sighed and looked at me with a serious expression on her face. "What happened? You two are keeping your distance and it's bothering me."

I scoffed. "It's bothering you? Yeah, okay." I rolled my eyes. "Why do you care anyway?"

"Because! I'm not that much older than you, Iris! It makes me happy when I see two kids like you and Levi!"

"It makes you happy when you see two kids who hate each others guts?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

"You guys are so stubborn," she replied with a laugh. "You guys like each other."

I gave her a glare. "I do not like Levi. He does not like me. We hate each other. When Monday comes, you're going to see him with bruises." I gave her one last glare then walked to the door.

"I would like it if you stopped meddling, Ms. Hanji. It gets annoying for me and him."
