I would like to thank you.
Thank you for coming on this journey with me.
For sticking with my confusing plots and too many characters and poorly written first chapters of The Grove.
For supporting me and this story that I am so unbelievably proud to have written.
If you'd told me in September that come May I'd have written an entire trilogy of these books, I'd have laughed.
You may have noticed that there was no epilogue. That was intentional, of course. I'm still unsure of where these characters end up. I'm still unsure who they would become six months down the line, a year later, a decade. And until I know exactly who they are, I will not publish an epilogue. Their futures are up to your interpretation. Who lives and who dies is now up to you. Your headcanons, your theories, everything is valid.
And yes, I am working on a spin-off now entitled Nightingale, so this world and these characters have not been put to rest, but the trilogy is officially over.
Thank you again. I am so thankful for all of you <3
