Gun Control is something that needs to be taken more seriously. With all the shootings that have happened especially with the one that happened not too long ago in Parkland.
I don't believe that they should get rid of guns completely. They're needed in war, police stations, and are used for self-defense.
What I do believe in is that not anyone should be able to access one. Like why in the fucking world would you give a teenage boy a military gun? Why would he need one? Unless he is in the military he wouldn't need to own one and I'm pretty sure your chief gives them to you when you get there instead of you buying one yourself.
He was charged as not guilty (don't even let me get started on that) because he was mentally ill. Well, next time someone comes to purchase a gun a background check should be done so it isn't given to the mentally ill.
I don't believe that he was mentally ill. I'm not trying to erase mental illness because I know it's real especially since I deal with it. I think they didn't charge him as guilty because he's white. No questions asked. If it was a black guy then they would've killed him on the spot but they didn't, interesting.
Anyways that is my opinion on gun control.
