Okay over some confusing, I did state in the beginning of this fanfic that Finn has started his senior year and Rachel had just started her freshman year.

Quinn's POV
Rachel and Finn look around to find a way to hide Finn from my mum. But it's too late.
"Hey Quinnie, so glad your home.. have you seen Rachel yet?" Mum asks me, I don't think she's seen Rachel or Finn.
"Yeah I have, she's in the kitchen" I reply as I follow mum into the kitchen so she can see Finn with Rachel, but he's not there?!
"Hey Rachel, how's your weekend been.." Mum asks Rachel.
"It's been eventful.." I hear Rachel answer our mum. I scoff to myself and mum turns around to me,
"Quinn, what's that suppose to mean?" I see Rachel over mums shoulder mouthing "please don't Quinn". I look away.. I've got to do this; they both betrayed me, it's payback time
"Well mum, you know Finn" I start off telling mum.
"Yeah, your ex boyfriend, he's so sweet - I never understood why you broke up" Mum interrupts my story
"Well I got back earlier to find out your younger daughter, my sister has been dating Finn while I was away at rehab" I say it all so quick. The expression on Rachel's face instantly changes.
"RACHEL BARBRA BERRY! IS THIS TRUE?" Mission accomplished..
"I-I well yes..." Rachel looks down to the floor.
"How could betray your sister like that? and with a guy in his last year in education!" Mum shouts back at Rachel.
Rachel's POV
"Oh please, you've always favourited Quinn because she's the daughter of the only man you actually love.. You think she's a saint but really isn't! YOUR PRECIOUS DAUGHTER HAD AN ABORTION AFTER GETTING PREGNANT FROM CHEATING ON FINN!!" I scream so loud forgetting Finn is still here.. he didn't know.
Then all of a sudden we hear the front door slam shut.
"Finn!" and with that I run after the guy I can't bare to loose.

Ah! So Rachel's admitted Quinn's secret and Finn overheard so does that mean more trouble ahead for the couple?💕💕
