-I was something like 5 months- she said to then eat a piece of apple- But then I got fed up with everything, and I could not take it anymore.

-And there are not certain rules ...? - I asked- I mean, do not you have to complete the treatment to be let go?

She nodded.

-That's why I ran away- she replied laughing.

I arched my eyebrows.

-You have gestures ...- she shook her head- As if I were telling you a horror movie!

-Well, I'm sorry, but I do not hear daily stories of people who escape rehabilitation- I laughed.

-No, and I did not finish- she laughed.

I sighed. She had anecdotes from the movie, that I really could not have imagined them. I took a sip of my coffee while I watched her. She punched a piece of strawberry and put it in her mouth. She looked at me for a few seconds and then looked at the ceiling to remember.

-After that, I had to run like stupid because I activated the stupid alarms- she opened her eyes a bit more- I came to a place ... it was a gas station with a small mini market, the phone did not work, the bus was too many kilometers away from there ... so I stole one of the cars that were there.

She said it so naturally that I wanted to laugh instead of being petrified by her strange confessions.

-It was not complicated since the man left the keys on- she explained moving her hands- Then I started and drove home.

She took some juice and then laughed to herself.

-The next day, someone knocked on the door and I woke up because of that. I got up from the bed, imagine, I was in my pajamas and the whole thing! And it was the police- she laughed, biting her lower lip- They denounced the car and they had found it at the door of my apartment, well ... they took me arrested.

I could swear this is more entertaining than any of my favorite series.

-They didn't let me put my shoes on, so I arrived with my socks! Luckily they did not have animals or anything, they were serious socks- I laughed for that- I called my mother and she hung up the phone ... from there I have such a good relationship with her.

She rolled her eyes with the last sentence.

- My parents knew of my rehabilitation, and only my father deigned to visit me a couple of times, but hey, going back to jail! That was my only call ... so I would not have any choice until the next day if I was lucky- I went back to eat a piece of fruit- And ... I had no luck, so I already had two nights in jail without being able to communicate with nobody.

I checked the clock out of the corner of my eye, I did not want to be late for work.

-You can not imagine the cold I went through, nor all the hunger I had- she made a pout that melted my heart- On the third day, they let me make my call and called my father. He was traveling, he would not arrive until the next day in the morning and none of my brothers was of legal age.

She arranged her hair as beautifully as she always did and took a breath to continue.

-As it was the third day, they had the great courtesy of inviting me a glass of water- she frowned- Luckily the cell I shared it with a woman of the night, a mother who did not pay her taxes and another who arrived that morning ... who was accused of stabbing her boyfriend.

She cocked her head.

-Well, the last one was maybe a little dangerous- she laughed- But the mother of family told me her whole life, and because, since I had nothing more entertaining to do, I listened to it. She told me that I had to change my life, or I would end up in prison and not just in a jail cell. When you are so hungry, tired and so on, it is a very profound advice.
