This scene was part of the chapter: Lola's Choice. I would say this chapter is still in the PG-13 rating, but it is a little....knarly. This scene is part of her confrontation with the pizza delivery guy. In the original chapter Amy goes and gets some money from her purse; well, in this chapter she makes a "big scene" about it.

I slam the door close, barging back into the living room. The living room is full of light talking and chattering. I walk over to Allison, holding out my hand. The whole circle stops talking. 

"What?" She asks. 

"Give me thirty-five dollars," I command. 

Allison scrunches up her nose. "No."

"Yes."

"Why should I?"

"Because the delivery boy-" I stop looking around the room. I gaze at the group. "Is Lola here?" 

Jake shakes his head. "No, she's in the bathroom."

"Good." I turn back to Allison. "Because you made me answer the door towards a very crude delivery boy!"

Allison's mouth falls open. "How crude?"

I stare at her. "He gave me the either pay up option or the pay up option."

Her eyes widen along with her mouth. "What? No!"

I nod my head vigorously. "Yes. So, give it up."

"Fine." Allison leaves to go get her purse. 

I turn my head toward the circle. "Sorry, guys."

They all either nod or shrug their shoulders. 

"What's pay up or pay up?" Jake asks, testing out the same tone I used. 

I shake my head in shame. "Don't ever use it."

"Okay, but what is it?"

"It's like....it's like when you actually give the person money or....or you pay the person in a more....physical-" I whisper the word out, "-manner."

The group is silent. 

Finally, Desiree is the one to speak up, "Gross!"

 I look at her. "That's what I say."
