Ayano POV I...I have a friend...a real...friend...friendship...why do I feel warm and fuzzy inside? Is this what people call...happiness? Wow...
The Next Day I walk into the school. It is Tuesday. Yesterday, I made my very first real friend. Anyway, I'm not sure what to do at this point in time. I don't really have anything to do. I guess I could go and walk around the school...maybe I could check up on my friend...friend Amai...I'm never going to get used to saying that. I walk to the cooking club room. When I open the door I see Amai, not looking very well. "Good Morning Amai-chan...you don't look so good...what's wrong?" I ask her. "I'm fine I just don't feel my best today..." she replied. I felt her forehead. It was hot like fire. "Amai-chan...I think you have a fever." I say concerned for my first friend. "I'm fine I-" Amai the runs as fast as she can to the bathroom. I follow her.
When Amai reaches a toilet, she throws up. When Amai is done vomiting, she stands up and wipes her mouth with her hand and goes to wash her face and hands. "Amai..." I start to say. Amai sighs. Then says, "I know...let's go to the nurse's office and see what she can do." I nod in response.
We walked to the nurse's office. Amai still looked dead. I'm really worried for her. She's my first ever friend, and I really don't want anything bad to happen to her.
When we made it to the nurse's office, the nurse immediately saw to Amai. "I'm sorry to say hun, but you are most definitely sick. On the bright side though, it's only a stomach bug and you should be back to school in a few days!" The nurse said after examining Amai. "I see. So, should I go home?" Amai asked the nurse. "Yes, hun. I'll write you a note so you can get an excused absence." "Yes ma'am." The nurse handed the note to Amai, then Amai and I walked to the front of the school. "Goodbye, Ayano-chan...hopefully I'll get better soon. Here's my number so you can text me by the way." Amai said handing me a piece of paper with a phone number on it. I take the paper. "Thank you. Goodbye to you too, Amai-chan...I really hope you get better soon." I reply, with concern in my voice. I gave Amai a hug and waved bye to her as she walked home. Now what am I going to do the rest of the day? *Bell Rings Oh ya...I have school...how did I forget about that? I think as I walk to class. On my way to class I bump into someone. I soon look up to see Osana Najimi, Senpai's Childhood friend. "Watch wear you're going, BAKA!" Osana said, rudely. In her, as usual, annoying voice. "Whatever." I reply in my monotone voice. I get up off the floor and head to class. I turn my head to see Osana coming into this class also. Right...Osana's in my class...great. *Lunch Time I walk up to the roof, and find a nice bench to sit at. I scan the rooftop and see a vacant bench, I walk over and sit down. I text Amai to see how she's doing Me-Hey Amai-chan...how are you doing? Amai-I'm doing fine, Aya-chan. I am currently reading a recipe book, there are a lot of wonderful recipes I would like to try! When I get better we might need to try them! :) Me-That would be fun, I hope you get better soon! :) Amai- Thank you, Ayano! I hope so too! When I'm done texting Amai I sit down my phone.
