Ayano Turns a New Leaf

Chapter 6-Slumber Party!

Osana POV
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh! I need to hurry and finish setting up this slumber party....ok! I'm done...time to text Amai and Ayano so they know they can come over now...
Me: You all can come over now...I have finished setting everything up...😅
Ayano: 😎Cool, I'm walking over there right now
Amai: I'm on my way!😊
I wonder what games we all could play...*gasp* I know *evil laughter*
When Amai and Ayano arrive...
"So...what do you both want to do?" I ask Amai and Ayano.
"I'm not sure..." Amai says.
"Same..."Ayano replies.
"Perfect...I have a wonderful plan! How about we prank call people!" I propose.
"Sounds like fun!" Ayano says mischievously.
"So how are we going to call first?" Amai asks.
We all think for a moment, then I remember a list of people's numbers I have. I pull out my phone and scroll through the contacts.
"How about Hanako?" I ask.
"Perfect!" Ayano says excitedly,
I call Hanako. She answers on the third ring.
"Hello? Who is this?" She asks.
Amai takes the phone from me and says in her best sales person voice,
"Hello There! How would you like to have a secret recipe to the best tasting cake ever!"
"That would be nice! Yes please!"
"It's simple! Grab the normal ingredients for a cake then add a gallon of salt, half a bottle of hot sauce, a few strands of your hair, and a handful of dirt!"
"What kind of dirt? Would dirt from my front yard do?"
"Of course!"
"Awesome! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE RECIPE! I AM SURE MY BIG BROTHER WILL LOVE THIS!"
*hangs up*
Amai pauses for a moment.
"I think Hanako is going to feed that disgusting "cake" to her brother..." Amai says after a while in her normal voice.
I can't help but laugh, Ayano joins in, and finally Amai joins in. Then we all stop laughing. Hanako's brother is Taro...my childhood friend...well shoot. I hope he doesn't find out...
"How about we call Saki next!" Ayano suggests.
"Good Idea!" I respond. I tap on Saki's contact and call her. She picks up on the third ring.
"Hello, who is this this?" Saki asks.
I panic for a second, not sure what to do when I say the first things that come out of my mouth,
"So...Have you ever had a problem your dishwasher?"
"...huh?"
"Great! Then you need the 'Ultimate Dish Clear Washer 9.0'! It is sure to make your dishes shine! And if it doesn't, well get over it. And! It's only $1,000,000,000!!!! Order Now!"
"...I'm hanging up." Saki said in an annoyed tone and hung up.
"What...was that...Osana..." Ayano asks in between laughter.
"I don't know! I panicked!" I respond.
Amai and Ayano were laughing so hard they fell to the floor. I do admit it was pretty funny. The more I think about it, the funnier it gets. I soon join them laughing like crazy on the floor.
"That was fun! Hey, how about we watch a movie next!" Amai suggested getting up off the floor.
"I like that idea." Ayano said also getting up off the floor.
"I'm cool with it too...hey can you guys help me up?" I say extending my arms to them, laying on the floor. Amai takes my left hand and wrist and Ayano takes my wrist and shoulder, together they pull me up so I am now also up off the floor.
"You could have gotten up yourself, you know." Ayano said while we were walking to the living room.
"Ya, no offense or anything, but you're really heavy." Amai agreed.
"Ok...Ok..." I reply to them both.
We reach the living room and sit on the couch. Amai sits in the middle, I sit on the far left side of the couch, and Ayano sits on the far right.
"So...what movie you guys want to watch?" I ask looking at all the movies on Netflix.
"Hmm...how about a horror movie!" Ayano suggests, a creepy smile appearing on her face.
"..." Amai had a look of pure horror on her face. She must not like scary movies.
"Amai doesn't seem to like the idea...hmm...Oh! How about this movie! It's called 'Coco'" I suggest scrolling through friendly movies on Netflix.
"Y-Ya...I like that idea..." Amai says, looking less terrified.
"Ok, I'm down with that." Ayano agreeds.
After Watching Coco...
I'm crying my eyes out right now, Amai is sobbing, and Ayano has tears in her eyes that threaten to fall. Coco was so sad, and cute, and happy...and...and...why....
"O-Osana this was a terrible idea..." Amai says wiping the tears from her eyes, although more keep coming.
"I...agree." I reply, my voice thankfully not cracking.
"I think we should have watched the horror movie..." Ayano says.
"How about we watch it so we aren't sad...we have each other if we get scared..." I say.
"..." Amai hesitates. "...O-Ok..." She finally says.
"How an we watch...Annabelle?" I suggest.
"What's it about?" Ayano asks.
"It's about some doll...I say let's watch it." I say.
"I agree." Ayano agrees.
"A doll...ok...that seems like an okay idea...I agree." Amai surprisingly agrees.
After the movie...
Amai has lost all he color.

She is hiding in the corner, hugging Ayano like her life depends on it.

I am also clinging to Ayano for dear life.

Ayano is patting our heads in an attempt to comfort us.

She is not very good at comforting people.

Watching the movie was an absolutely terrible idea.

We all decide to go to my room, lock the door, and leave the lights on. All of us are hiding under the cover, like that's going to stop a murder...but whatever. Eventually, all of us fall asleep.
