Chapter TWO

The confrontation to Odette was much harder than I thought. She deserve the truth rather than continuing cheating on her while she thinks that she is happily married to a kind and truth gentleman. But surprisingly she agreed to moved out quickly as possible. Today is the third day since the confrontation and also last day of having Odette around here. She's all packed and ready to move back to Paris which she is grateful to back her roots in France.

I finally got some spare time to lay down and relax. Here's Facebook that I haven't checked for a long time. The first person on Facebook that I searched was my Ace. I'm very surprised with the results.
S H E is MUCH CHANGED! For god's sake! Her full name is Rory Gilmore-Hayden, lives in Boston Massachusetts, worked full time and those 'almost' daily updates are mostly about Politics and Rights. I just want to pinch myself to see if I'm sleeping in my dream. The question that struck in my mind is; Boston, Massachusetts?! Damn! I just bought an one way flight ticket to Hartford but I guess that I'll have to change to Boston. There is my office to think about too. Mitchum agreed that we'll work things out after I moved back to the US. I'm pretty anxious to take the big step but it's all with. I'm taking my Ace back forever. This time I promise. There's no way that I'll let her go this time ever again!

Rory's POV:

Living in Boston is just right thing to do for myself. I'm growing to get know the city and the people while my baby bump is growing. But one thing that's still bothering me is the one and only Logan Huntzberger. He is about to marry someone else. I cannot stand to accept the fact that he is gonna to be married man to someone else, sharing vows and exchange rings with someone else. But might this is the plan that God has in store for us all. He might meant for me to find someone that I'm gonna to share the rest of life with in Boston. Who knows?!

Like I said in past, Gigi has been a true friend & sister to me. We grew much closer after I moved here. She suggested me to set up my profile for online dating which I had to give it a shot. She told me that she dated a few guys that our Dad approved of from online dating. None of them turned into monster. But they are into serious relationships which Gigi doesn't ready for. Gigi also suggested that she could set up blind date for me with a guy she chooses. Which the offer I can't refuse. Gigi called me that the blind date is on, the guy wants to meet me at one of few locals cafe in Boston tonight! I made sure that Gigi let him know that I'm a surrogate so he wouldn't freak out on our first blind date. Gigi reassures that guy is full aware of and understanding. He's a true gentleman she added. Gigi texted me the information about location and time. She also includes the description of that guy and his name, Evan J. Bass. I nods in aware that he might be handsome in my book. Even I might ended up marrying him, my full name would be Lorelai Leigh 'Rory' Hayden-Bass (I made a deal with my dad that I would be keeping my dad's family last name when I got married for the sake of family law firm). I got myself dressed up in light pink top that barely show my pregnant belly with black leggings and knee length dark brown boots with leather black jacket. There are just few hours left til the date, I decided to take a little nap.

Emily Gilmore, she's still happily living in Nantucket. She promised me that she'll visit me soon in the spring to see the new place and city that I'm living in. She's also promised me that she'll help me redecorate any room if needed. Typically Emily Victoria Gilmore.

As time approaches, I'm already waiting for my blind date at local cafe. The guy whose six feet tall, building body, dark brown shoulder long hair (pull up into man bun), blue eyes and wear super nice outfits as I could tell that he's coming from rich. I realized that the appearance of that guy matched Gigi's description of the very Evan J. Bass!
