Chapter 10: Paranormal Experiences

ARIYA'S P.O.V.:

I woke up to murmuring in the kitchen. I looked at the time: 8:51 am. I quickly got up, used the bathroom and got dressed.

When I went to the kitchen, everyone was up and eating breakfast. Jin has made pancakes with blueberries, strawberries, and whipped cream on top. My dream breakfast. Hallelujah!

  
I wasted no time in wolfing down the pancakes. No one had room to judge, since they were doing the same.

"So," Jimin said after awhile, breaking the silence, "do you guys think we should talk about what happened tonight?"

A few murmurs.

"Actually, I think we should." Namjoon clarified, looking around.

"Well," Hoseok said wringing his hands, "maybe we should start with whether anyone has ever had any paranormal experiences?"

A few looks around the room, but no one said anything.

"Guys really," Jin said, his eyes darting around the room, "if anyone has had any paranormal experiences, any at all, say it."

Yoongi spoke up first.

"Actually, all throughout my childhood, I've seen shadows. When I was alone reading, doing homework, writing, anything really."

Everyone not only seemed satisfied by his answer, but they were also encouraged. Before we knew it, everyone was sharing their own ghost stories.

Some were funny, some were bone chilling. But as everyone continued taking, a sudden thought when through my head.

Christine.

The dam I had been building was now slowly breaking apart. I couldn't stop the tear that escaped my eye.

JUNGKOOK'S P.O.V.:I was holding my stomach from pain since I was laughing so hard. Jin was sharing his interesting story of how in the middle of the night he heard his grandma singing.

When he went to the kitchen, she was making cookies, singing and dancing, all while asleep. Jin has suspected she was possessed, or she was having some sort of interaction with a ghost. His suspicions were confirmed when the next morning, his grandma claimed not to remember anything.

I turned over to Ariya, to see her crying. I was shocked, so I wasn't sure what to do. I tried asking her what was wrong, but I didn't want to in front of everyone. I quietly took her elbow and took her to the living room without anyone noticing.
