Again it has happened. I wake up in the same bed.
Everything is the same except the person sitting in the chairs. I look over and se it's the guy who caught me... who is he?.
He seems to have a strong build. obviously really tall... then again I'm really short compared to everyone only four something. he ha a strong jaw line and a handsome face. I can't see his eyes cuz he's sleeping. There's a slight drool on his hand which is keeping his head up.
I reach over and touch his other hand and shake it a bit. "hey dude.... random guy wake up."
He bolts up right from his sleep, and looks around. he looks at me with a surprised expression.
"You got some drool right there."
As I say 'there' I point to right cheek, where his hand spread the drool.
"Thaats disgusting" I say dragging out the 'a' in that.
He whipped his cheek with his sleeve, still not saying anything, just looking at me. I take the time to notice he has deep blue eyes. like a mix of navy blue with swirls of baby blue. creating a masterpiece.
"Who are you?" I ask him. he looks at me in shock.
"You don't remember me?" he asks, with a deep strong voice. I shake my head.
A nurse comes in with a clipboard.
"Heey sweety how are you feeling?" she asks me in a light sweet tone. she looks old enough to be my mom.... Mom...
"I'm going to ask you a bunch of questions that I want you to answer ok?"
I nod my head.
"Ok, so first question. what's your name and where do you live?"
"My name is Lilly O'donall, and I live with my dad, Bruce O'donall, my brother, Jake O'donall, and my baby sister, mica (ME-Ka) O'donall."
She nods her head and rights down what I say.
"How old are you?"
"16"
She looks at me startled. she then looks down at her clip board in sympathy.
"I'll go get the doctor and he will explain everything."
I nod my head and sit back, tired for some reason.
I look over and notice the man is gone. I shrug my shoulders and lie down and wait for the doctor to show up.
He walks in and takes a set beside the bed.
"Hello Lilly, my name is doctor Evans. I'm here to tell you what's happened.. please keep an open mind okay?" I nod my head.
" You are 18,you live with a man named Daniel Smith, you have a two year old son named Jacob. you have lived with Daniel for two years."
I look at him in shock.
He then continues
"You are here in the hospital because of a gun shot the the head.... you tried to commit suicide Lilly... you had placed the gun in your mouth and shot the back of your head. but you missed your brain by a centimetre...due to the wound and loss of blood you have had some memory loss."
After that I sit back and think it all over. I tried to die... why?
The doctor gets up and leaves.
Wow...that was some day...
