Chapter Thirty

"You're like my pinky-toe," Taehyung glanced over at me with an innocent smile. "I might bang you on the table tonight"

I choked on my water, making it splash all over the woman in front of me. Her hair looked like a mess after I had wet it, making her turn and glare at me. I bowed my head and apologized before turning back to Taehyung.

"What the actual fuck was that?!" I whispered as I raised my voice a little.

Taehyung laughed before turning back to the singer on the stage.
Jungkook chuckled next to me, making me roll my eyes and stare at the woman.

"And the award for the top social artist goes to..." they stopped, hesitating as they opened the envelope.

I felt the whole world stop, my heart rate quickening. I looked over at the others with a worried glance, they were all anxious. I could see Namjoon holding onto his knees, eyes closed as he tried to calm down. I breathed in and out, Jungkook placed his hand on my thigh and reassured me.

"BTS!"

My heart sank, tears welled up in my eyes as the members got up. Jin stuck his hand out for me, smiling down at my sitting figure. I gladly took it with a nervous smile, pulling myself up. Jin kept a strong grip on my hand as we walked up the stairs and onto the stage.

It felt like the best thing in the world, but I knew it was all Bangtan, it had always been them. I didn't feel happy or proud for myself, I was happy and proud for them. They deserved it, they deserved everything. Those late nights training hard, all the headaches and crumpled up pieces of paper of ditched songs. All those blood, sweat and tears brought them this far. I knew there was more, they strived for more, and so did ARMY.

Namjoon have a speech, it was all inaudible to me. The whole world was going slow, everything shut down. I was nervous, happy, confused, I was all these different feelings all wrapped into one. My heart beats fast and I felt like throwing up, nervousness I presume.

Jin tightened his grip, making me look up at his worried state.

"I'll take you to the bathroom after this, sound good?"

I nodded with a grateful smile before turning back to the crowd.

"I'm exhausted!" I dropped dead on the bed as soon as I kicked my high heels off.

At that exact moment my phone rang.

              Bae💦💍 is calling...
               Answer | Decline

"Congrats, babe!"

"You were watching?"

"Every minute, I felt my heart explode when they announced you. Even Jaebum started fangirling!"

"Congrats, Victoria!" Jackson yelled from afar.

I chuckled as Bam shut him up, shushing him.

"Well, I'm really tired. I'll call you tomorrow, that sound good?"

"Yes, sleep well. I love you"

"I love you too"

The other members shot glares at me as I hung up.

"I love you" They all mocked. "Oppar!!! Opparrrrrr~"
