Chapter Forty- One

"Well that was awkward," Hoseok muttered as he waved Bam and his members off.

I nodded slowly as I closed the door. I breathed in heavily as I saw everyone glaring down at me.

"I never told him to come over, he just came!" I explained quickly, moving my hands in the air.

Jungkook chuckled as he shook his head.

"Leave her alone guys" Yoongi smiled.

"Tori!" Jimin held my hand as he opened the door. "Let's go for a walk"

Taehyung and Jungkook smiled and talked to each other; Jin, Namjoon and Yoongi looked kinda nervous as Hoseok only smiled and cheered us on. What the hell is going on?! Jimin squeezed my hand and smiled.

"Don't worry about those fools"

I nodded slowly, making my way down the steps with Jimin still holding my hand.

"There's this park nearby, mind if I take you there?" he smiled sweetly making me melt.

"Anywhere you want"

"Alright! let's go" He smiled before pulling me down the street and into the park.

"This place?" I looked around at the empty playground.

"I love hanging out here," Jimin rubbed the nape of his neck as he smiled sheepishly. He pointed over at the swing sets that moved slowly with the wind. "I always come here to think"

I smiled as I ran over to one of them and sat down, swinging back and forth slowly. Jimin ran behind me and pushed my back slowly, making me go higher and higher.

"I haven't gone on one of these in a long time" I exhaled slowly. "It's so fun"

"I don't usually bring anyone here with me, you're the first one," He laughed slightly before sitting down on the swing next to mine. He swung slightly as he looked up at the starry night.

I looked over at him with a confused smile. "Why me?"

"Because I had to tell you something really important," He muttered, looking over at me. "I thought this would be the perfect place"

I looked down at my dangling feet with a smile. "Then tell me"

"I-" He hesitated and stuttered until he gave up and handed me a little wrinkled paper. "It's in there, what I want to tell you..."

I looked down at his neat handwriting and read,

"I know fully well that you're the new girl member and the guys and I shouldn't get too close in a relationship kind of way. But I really just wanted to tell you, you're so amazing and beautiful I love it when you smile because I say or do something stupid. I wanted to tell you how much I like you and that I really would like-"

Jimin snatched the paper away and fidgeted with it for a while, making me smile in confusion.

"I'll say it out loud like a man" he said, with bravery this time. "Kim Victoria, will you be my girlfriend?"
